because I am more of a fan of the older stuff.
I'm just tired of when people are only fans of the gorillaz just because of the songs "feel good inc." and "DARE".
that's disappointing.
I'm all for songs like:
"dracula", "starshine", "mutant genius", "gravity", and then some.
Although I do love their new album, that's not the ONLY reason I like them.
I look and all these topics are about songs on demon days.
From this thread, I want to discuss anything ASIDE from demon days.

I like their old stuff better than their new stuff. I just got into them when "Feel Good Inc." was released. I've heard their older songs, but I didn't know who they were and they sung it. My fav. songs are New Genious(Brother), Starshine(Dub 09), Starshine, Man Reasearch(Clapper),New Genious(Brother)(Mutant Genious),Faust, and Slow Country.

I like both just as much.But I still don't get why they never finished the
5/4 video.That's one of my fsavorite songs of all times.And don't tell me because it wasn't Gorillaz enough!I wont believe you. stare
It doesn't matter anyway,I'll just buy them out and make a video for it myself! twisted

I like both. :3 Some of their Phase One stuff is absolutely genius. The people who are all, 'OMG I LUV TEH WINMILL SONG AND DARE LOLOLOL ITS COMING UP' are the ones that have been watching MTV and nothing else. rolleyes

I love demon days even more now, I bought DD live at manchester, FINALLY.
It's pretty incredible, but I think there's probably another thread to describe that, haha.

I really like Slow Country... it just puts me in mind of a couple deck chairs and drinking ice tea with lemon in May... mabye looking out at a landscape and reflecting on what's happened and what's to come.
