Okay! I've just read half of sailor moon again, so I'm on a kick! It's very simple I think. I'll reserve a whole bunch of stuff to explain it better, but it'll mostly just be a "if I could be a sailor Scout" thing. Right now, this is only a propostion, so no posting just yet.

The main idea is simple. We all play sailor scouts in our modern day world! We can have knights too (IE. tuxedo mask), but I'm still working on how to encorperate them in. sweatdrop The location isn't tokyo or anyplace that's real. It's Midlane, Ohio. If there is such a place I apoligize in advance.

Names and characters of all people are not property of anyone but the people who create them. Any corrilation between a character and a real person is either entierly the player's fault or completely coincidental. All is inspired by Naoko Takeuchi and her wonderful classic anime series, Bishinto Senshi Sailor Moon. Pictures are hers as well.

Sailor Project- Top Secret

Letter of Proposal to several factions of the US government

We at the KO University believe we have stumbled across the best and only example of a super human race. Recently excavated records originating from the year 1600 BC have referred to a queen from the moon and a king from earth. The pair had lived for a thousand years and had brought peace and prosperity to over half the world. The reason we had never heard of this in any other previous history is because there was a world wife rebellion and after the year 400 AD, no search for these ancient records were active. Everyone was so focused on Europe and the Middle East, no one dared to look into the past in any other way. The story though of these two people had been passed down from generation to generation, resulting in fable and legend. As in all legends, there is always a certain amount of truth to be found. The one who now knew of this legend and history is Ms. Naoko Takeuchi, the author of the much loved shojo series from Japan, Sailor Moon. Ms. Takeuchi has no idea how true her story was, even though times, names and places were all very different in reality, the powers and adventures were all very real.

As stated before, we believe that these people were the most advanced human beings in all of history. We have reason to believe we have found their unfractured DNA as well and have deciphered the key components and genes that made them extraordinary people. We further believe we can manipulate a person’s DNA and genetic code to do just as they have done. There is also the possibility that there are people with the two people’s DNA with in them.

We request a sample search among the population of Midlane City, Ohio for experimentation. We wish to take a sample of the female population for experimentation. We choose females because of the stable resilience they will have as the experimentation occurs. We are not certain what effects this will have on them life long, but with your permission, we’d like to start immediately. Thank you for your time.

Dr. Hendrix, those of us at Home Land Security are not sure if this will help in the war effort, so we must respectfully decline in helping you in your search. If you were able to safely execute this among our soldiers, we may have considered it, but as of the moment, it hardly helps at all. Best of wishes.

Needless to say, the time table was pushed up significantly and several females from the city of Midlane, Ohio were taken for experimentation.

General Starting Plot

For girls

Option one:
You have been taken into the Sailor Project (started in year 1999), without your consent or knowledge. After two months of experimentation, your memory of the past two months was wiped clean and you were put into a hospital under the story that you were in a car accident and were in a comma. Due to legal problems and transactions, your relatives couldn’t find you until a day or so before you woke up.(same story for everyone, just at different time frames)

Several months/years has passed since then and you hardly remember it or care to. During that time, you find yourself having several abilities you never had before (ie. Acrobatics) or a sharpening of skills you already had (ie. Way faster). You still live in Midlane, but you have grown since. Sometimes you can sense things and half of those times you are certain you are being watched.

Option two:
You are a scout from one of the other planets/moons in the sol system and a force is coming in from the outside. You're only a tranee scout and do not have all the powers you need quite yet. The need for help has become desprite. Tales of increasing renewal in power on earth has caught both yours nad your superior's eye and you have been sent to earth to get some help in the field. The high energy you are seeking is centered around Midlane, Ohio, so that is the reason you are there. The invading force is coming closer and some of it has even made it to Earth.

For boys

Boys are given considerable more freedom as to how you start. You can align yourself with our Mysterious benefactor or Lord Shadow or just be freelance. You have to present your own history though. If an alien, you have to go through the Sailor Project to be registered somewhat legally.
Strange things start happening around Midlane and now you want to do something about it.

Lord Shadow- master over all senshi and knights that do not awaken themselves or are awakened or made through sailor project

Invading Force- A force that is invading the system from the outside to the inside. Main target: Earth.

Dr. Franklin Hendrix
Age: 47
Status: Married and divorced twice. Two children, both in custody of mothers.
Degree: Genetics Doctorate
History: Worked at KO University for several years and ran across blood spots he never been before. Analyzed DNA and found them to be far more advanced than regular humans, but still contained the 46 chromosomes needed. Now working for unknown benefactor and running the experimental department.
Personality: Eccentric, slight lecher. Very into his work. He doesn’t care what the results are so long as he can experiment.

Dr. Jarvis Leo
Age: 39
Status: Single, but dating
Degree: Medicine- General Practitioner
History: Worked with Hendrix before, so knows he goes overboard with his work. The one medical doctor on the whole operation. Worked out exactly what was needed to stabilize DNA when genes are injected into subject’s blood stream.
Personality: Cautious, very protective. He’s always going to ask for physicals on everybody. He worries about the after effects of the serum on the reproductive system and worries even more about the psychological effects

The NPCs can be played by anyone when it is appropriate. Keep with in bounds of profile please.

Rules

You can be male or female, but I encourage females until I get the boy’s plot line down. You can be from ages 14 to 25, married, single, dating or whatever. Any extra characters you bring in, you play.

As for scouts, you cannot be one of the senshi from Sailor Moon itself. It has to be an original character. Granted, it can be one of their descendants that gets their powers and abilities (ie. S. Mars can have a great great + grand kid who’s also called S. Mars, same powers and everything, but I don’t want Rei Hino coming from the past with her scrolls flashing), but it has to be original. You can come from outlying planets (and I count Pluto, Charon, Ceres and the latest planet we’ve found as planets) or moons from this system and be an alien, but we’re having it all on Earth and everyone who’s a scout or knight in this system is human. And no gender bending!! I don't want to be confused at all like I was with the Starlights.

Standard RPing rules apply
No god playing, you have to start at a lower level.
You can’t just jump in knowing everything about everyone unless you’re a long lost friend of the other player (set it up with them).
Don’t control anyone other than your self and those you created. The only NPCs you can control are those I post full details about. After their personality is established, anyone can play them, just verify through me how you’re gonna use them.

FIRST ADVENTURE: MEETING AND DESCOVERY

All of the members of the Sailor project have been invited, via school, work or clubs, to a trip at the local museum exhibit. Dr. Hendrix is out and about there with a weird gizmo which is whirlling off the scale. He's near the new astroid exhibit and is on the second story over looking a group of college students. From one of the newly placed asteroids, a gigantic blob thing swells up and falls right in front of the group. It starts moving on it's own and comes towards the students. One of the cheerleaders sends out an ear piercing squeel. "Wow!" Hendrix exclaims as he looks over the ledge to the monster. "Amazing! So that's what aliens look like!"
