yes i write poems as well as "take a chance" featured in this fourm thing, but here is my latest
Everything changed
How is this all happening,
why is everything so happy,
why can I see a light in the darkness of my soul,
how come you are here with me and not out with someone more important,
why am I everything and not nothing,
why am I so important now,
is this a for real,
is this how it is from now on,
why did it change so suddenly,
why is everything now so glamorous and not hideous,
why is my life changing,
just because I wished for this doesn’t mean I really wanted it,
I didn’t know better,
I didn’t know my wish would be granted so quickly,
stop and hold on,
I’m not ready for change,
please don’t do this,
I’m not ready to give in,
I want to stay a little longer,
I want to feel the way I feel now,
don’t change,
it doesn’t feel right,
everything I knew is gone,
everything,
everything changed.
