Robby Gordon was issued a penalty a couple days ago for being confirmed to have thrown a piece of rollbar padding out the window of his race car at Atlanta Motor Speedway to bring out a caution so he could get the lucky dog. His penalty consisted of losing 50 points as an owner and 50 points as a driver. He was also fined $50,000 and his crew chief was fined $10,000.
I think this was sufficient punishment. I doubt Robby is gonna pull anything like this again in the near future.

not only that but i think it will make others think befor they do something like that because of the points they'll lose.
