HAIR TURNING GREY? I rewatched the episode where Meredith had to have the operation and when Derek was telling Mer he was walking away it looked as if part of his hear was greying. I really hope that it was just the light reflecting off his gorgous hair. (I'm a girl if you were wondering why a guy would put that...)

I've seen patrick dempsey's hair grey so I wouldn't be completely surprised if he dyes it for the show...

Maybe working on the set of Grey's Anatomy is turning his hair gray. I know that MY hair is turning gray just watching it, and I now have 23 silver/gray hairs on my head and I'm only 15!! I have to dye my hair or something. cry
