I met this guy in high school; at the time he was highly interested in marijuana and shrooms, and told me he was trying to find some acid to try.
It seems he's gotten worse:
[22:08:57] girl: Dan, could I ask you a favor?
[22:09:11] LegendofZeldaNew: sure
[22:09:26] girl: could you pray for Nick with me?
[22:09:36] girl: he's going downhill, I'm worried
[22:09:51] LegendofZeldaNew: wow, what's happening?
[22:10:03] girl: he's tried meth, E, coke
[22:10:12] LegendofZeldaNew: oh no o_o
[22:10:14] girl: he's drunk almost every night
[22:10:18] LegendofZeldaNew: why??
[22:10:26] girl: because he's a druggie now. he's actually going down to the liquor store as we speak [he's a minor]
[22:11:12] girl: I have to ask him if he's sober every time before I talk to him
[22:11:45] girl: I tried to tell him to stop. his reaction was "if you want to keep things friendly dont b***h me out every time i use a new drug, i like you a whole lot, you know that but i seriously dont need you lecturing me on a matter you dont have a ******** clue about"
[22:12:32] LegendofZeldaNew: but i wonder why he's doing it
[22:12:37] girl: I'm scared he's going to kill himself
[22:12:48] girl: I have no idea, he won't give me a straigh answer
If you could keep him in your prayers, we'd both really appreciate it.

I'd like to thank everyone who reads this for the support- this friend is very dear to me (an ex-boyfriend, actually) and I'm worried that he's going to seriously hurt himself.
