I’m sure you’re all aware about the situation about the sniper game; we haven’t had a story update in quite some time, Zae has taken a leave of absence and we’re not sure exactly when she’s coming back, and the game has been put on an indefinite hiatus in the absence of a GM.
Unfortunately, we’ve run into a few roadblocks. First off, most things in the guild, such as the selection of new GMs, usually need the approval of Zae. Unfortunately, we don’t have that luxury anymore. Zae hasn’t had much time for the sniper game because she has far more important priorities in real life, but she did give the guild her blessings to carry on the game without her. The unfortunate thing is, she didn't pick a GM. A few days ago, Hirun and I were approached by a few members of the guild who requested that the two of us carry on with the story updates for the remainder of this game.
So here’s the deal, GCSG: Hirun and I will joint-GM for the remainder of this game ONLY if a majority of you approve. We understand that this is first and foremost Zae’s game, but waiting for her is not the most practical way to go and will only put a lot of unnecessary pressure on her when she returns. Please keep in mind that this isn’t our idea; we’re not trying to take this game away from Zae or anything. We were ASKED to take over as temporary GM’s, however, neither me nor Hirun will do anything unless the majority of the guild actually wants us to continue the game. We will finish out this game if permitted and try and keep everyone happy in the process.
In the end, the decision is up to you. We can wait until Zae returns at the risk of the guild (and the game) dying, or Hirun and I can finish up this game so a new one can begin. We’ll wait a few days before a decision is made, and then we’ll figure out where to go from there.
We know that this isn't the only choice, but it's the best we've got for now.

I say we end the game in tribute to Zae and move on to the next round. I know she was going to select a replacement, but unfortunately was not able to do so. Stepping and doing it for her is unfair, but it has been stated that letting the game die would be a worse fate. I say we start a new game and move on.

I think that, as long as you can get a guild mod (like IHD) to cooperate a little, then that would be fine with me. ._.
I feel guilty for leaving Zae out, and I don't really WANT to do this without her input, nor do I need to, but... ._. I think that we either need to restart the game or let someone continue and pray she understands.

We're probably going to have to publicly ask the people with roles to come forward and PM us. Nothing's for certain yet, but Hirun and I will talk things over once we figure out what it is the guild wants. I guess I'll leave this out there for a few days before we decide what to do.

Thats the other problem, we have lost 66% of the guild staff, including both the two capable of updating the Guild title and front page. We need Zae. gonk
