I would love to wear a Lolita dress on Halloween and being a complete newb, I have no idea where to start.
I would really like to make those cute top hats ^^ but I can't find a tutorial for it @_@
Hmm...any suggestions on stores, brands, fabric, etc? Advice/tip would be greatly appreciated! ^^

actually, a top hat isnt that hard to make, its a circle for the top, you cut out a rectangle to go around the circle, and then cut out another circle for the brim of the hat. You can use interfacing to hold it up. If I remember Ill scan the tutorial at home and post it up (I'm at school at the moment)
