we all know and love the pendragon series, duh! but has anyone ever stopped to think about the aperence of the characters discribed in the book and not just take the cover for what it is?
Unless I am going crazy at the end of "The never war" Pendragon went and bleached his hair blond so no one would recognise him back on second earth.... now if you look on the rivers of Zadaa his hair is brown... last time I checked he hasn't had a haircut since so shouldn't his hair be bi-colored? or at least a faded blond?
Am I going crazy?

Yeah, I wondered about that too, briefly. It made me think of Ponyboy in the Outsiders cutting and bleaching his hair. And Pendragon said that his hair was really short...hmm. I guess fluming enriches hair making it long and beautiful! Ah! Pendragon turned into a sparkly bishonen! eek
I guess all we can say is that the odd passings of time made it grow quicker?? sweatdrop

He never actualy cut it so his hair would still have blond. although the idia of a pendragon bishi is amost creepy...

Anyway, I noticed that too. But on the other hand, one might think about the fact that A- there is a year between TNW and ROZ. The other thing, there is a chance that the blond dye was washable.
Then, it could be that DJ just forgot to remind the person doing the cover, or the person doing the cover didn't want a mondern looking hair style on a primitive setting.
