Ender's Game Series. I absolutely loved Ender's Game. And I'm not really into sci-fi. I'm currently nearing the end of Speaker for the Dead, the sequel to Ender's Game.

I love Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow, a sort of parallel novel to Ender's Game. I'm not normally too into sci-fi, so I kind of lost interest after Speaker for the Dead.

One of my favorite series, but it's been ages since I've read it. Not a happy bunny book, but still excellent. It gets you to thinking about different subjects, but still keeps you entertained. Or maybe I just am distracted easily.

I love Ender's Shadow, I read the first book twice...I really want to read the rest again cause when i read them the first time i did it all in one summer and it was awhile ago, and Orson Scott Card uses a lot of religious and philosophical ideas in the later books, so most of it just went over my head....so now that i'm older and wiser i'd like to re-read and see what else i learn that i didn't the first time. In a nutshell I love love this Series.

I only recently read Ender's Game. I started to read it when I was much younger and the murderous siblings kind of freaked me out... wink
Tis a good book. Could you tell me what the other books in the series are?

I read Ender's Game for a book club and really liked it!! but when we went to discuss it, mostly we talked about what color we thought the aliens were. I voted purple.

I recently finished Ender's Game and need to read the others. I've always been a big fan of sci-fi personally and this is a good one.

While i'm a fan of Sci-Fi in a big way, most of my friends are not, but everytime i get them to read the book Enders Game, they freak out with amazement at how good it is. I teach, and you sometimes get problematic kids that aren't good at reading and such, and i always suggest to them to read Enders Game, and they struggle through it, and then immediately fall in love with reading, and come back to me for more books. It's an absolutely wonderful book!

I'm not really into sci-fi but Ender's Game is an exceptional series which really caught my attention, I've only read 4 books in the series and I still love it! I seem to have misplaced the 5th book..

I liked Ender's Game and absolutely loved Ender's Shadow. But I found when I read Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind, they became less and less entertaining and more and more intellectual. I still enjoyed them, but the whole tone changed.

Jhesy I liked Ender's Game and absolutely loved Ender's Shadow. But I found when I read Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind, they became less and less entertaining and more and more intellectual. I still enjoyed them, but the whole tone changed. So instead of reading the Speaker for the dead part of the series, go and read the ones with bean instead (Enders Shadow, Shadow of the Hegemon, etc...)

I've read Speaker For The Dead and it was fantastic. Definitely a favourite book. The way the pieces fell together, added another view to the the Ender series. A good read indeed.

I have Shadow of the Giant to read and I've read them all. I absolutly ador them. I had to read them in my 8th grade english class. I finished the book before the class was halfway through it and finished Ender's series a little bit after the class was done with Ender's Game!
But yes, I adore these books.

Orson Scott Card is Sci-fi god! Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow are two of my very favorite books hands down. I agree with Jhesy...the tone begins to change as you progress down the series. I haven't read any concerning Bean-except for Shadow...maybe I'll pick one up soon.
