You know what Manga is, right? Good. I think a manga subforum would be nice. It'll probably attract a lot more people than the art subforum because they're pictures AND a storyline! Eh? Eh? Yah?
Maybe we should start it as a sticky and see who contributes? I know that if I finish my manga entry, I might start an ongoing series or something.
