	I don't think he is. His theme sounds nothing like clown muzak and his weapons are too lethal for any clown. Besides, those markings are his trademark, like Marluxia has the control over flowers, and how Larxene is always retarded XD. His theme is the XIIIth Struggle, and I could compare it to a clown, its nothing like it. Clowns are more cheery anyway.
