hey i mean 2 cups a day isnt that bad , chocolate has calcium in it and i'm by no means over weight right? back me up here guys ! mrgreen

If you excersise juat a bit and take care of your body, it doesnt really matter what you eat or drink as long as you know whats going into your body and keep a balance in your diet.
