I personally love AUs.
I love fics with a supernatural theme and mysteries.
And Fantasy.
I love those genres but the genre that hits me most I think is Angst.
I'm also a person who can't read a fic if my favourite character isn't in it. It doesn't matter so much if my favourite is the main person, If they are in it I'm fine.
So death fics when it is my favourite who's dead, I won't read. But if my favourite dies tragically in the end then it's okay, then they still have been part of the story.
and there almost always have to be romance on one degree or another. heh **Hopeless romantik**

I hate to admit it but my favorite's are Romance fan fics. I do, however read others. I've read an Angst before. I stay away from Horror and some sad stuff because I don't like reading sad things since they make me sad, and horror scares the begese (made up word don't ask) out of me. razz

I don't really have a favorite genre. I like AU fics with romance and angst, but then I also like action and adventure. The ones I write most, though, have some hint of--or are all about--angst.

I just have two charecters that I get really into, and then I don't get it when I see the other ones because I don't know the personalities.

Yup gotta love the romance/humor fanfics. I read this great romance/humor one. I finished it in 2 days. It was a 37 chapter fanfic. wink It was the best I ever had.

And I love all of Majah's stories, if that could count as a genre! XD
I like AUs too, and Romance most of all... I'm big into angst as well, and maybe sometimes horror. Vampire stories are sometimes pretty good, it's just the problem of finding a good one! (Majah's is really good though! O.O I highly suggest reading it.)

i love romance fics.... also comedy ones... and a bit of drama/angst, depending on the character.... if my favorite characters/pairs are not in the fic, then i won't read it (more over if the pairing isn't my type. XD)
all my fanfics have a hint of romance into it... sweatdrop
