Which do you find to be the better place to buy?
I personally prefer Borders. They typically have a great selection, along with excellent customer service.
When ever I go to Barnes and Noble it seems like I spend more time looking for someone to point my in the right direction or tell me if the book is in or not, than actually picking out my books. And everyone there is typically in too much of a hurry to take me to the right shelves, instead they point me in a vague direction and I spend an extra 30 trying to find something that is all too often at the opposite end of the store.
So what do you think?
Do you share similar, annoying experiences?
(Waldenbooks is owned by Borders so whenever I talk about Borders I mean them too)

I for one always feel really uncomfortable in small bookstores like Coles, but if I'm in a larger bookstore like Chapters, I usually able to find the manga I want.
No wait, Coles doesn't have manga.
There's a store called Planet Hobby at a mall near me, and it's got lots of manga, plus anime DVD's and collectibles. Problem though; it's quite small and you almost feel pressured to buy stuff, so I only look for titles I want to avert suspicion. I suppose that's rather annoying.

Borders is way better because they also have Borders Express and those cool Borders Rewards cards. Waldenbooks is okay, too. xd

imbar 3nodding though i personally liked the old version of the borders reward cards it was way better Yah I second that the old reward cards and the benefits were better because I've already gotten screwed over by their new rewards policies and other purchases, but I still like them better than barnes its more relaxing to sit in border's.

I like borders because they have more of a selection and I don't think we have a barn's abd noble's unless this one store was but they didn't have any manga there so yeah I like border's better. ^^
