Which team will win the AFC West and tell me why you think your team will win.

I think the bronco's might win because they got to the AFC Championship game last year and they haven't lost any key players, well they might lose Lelie ut they have Walker and Smith. Plus they have a pretty good QB.

I Also think the Cheifs Might win because they have a pretty good all around team they have a solid offense and a pretty good defense.

The KC defense is improving year after year and the offense is always really good. Even with Roaf gone, the running game won't be impacted as much as the passing game, which is already untrustworthy. I do, however, believe that Samie Parker has a good chance of exploding this year, even though he's a bit smaller than normal WR (stat time!).

Of the seven best WRs, 5 of them are 6 ft. or shorter and weigh less than 200 lbs. This includes Steve Smith, Torry Holt, and Santana Moss. Parker is only 5' 11" and weighs 190 lbs., but that's not all. Most WRs that do well start doing well in their third season. This season will be Parker's third in the NFL. With all of these things going for him, and Tony Gonzales probably staying back to block, Samie Parker looks like a reliable target for Trent Green this season.

I think that the Chiefs have a good chance of winning the AFC West this season, even with a new coach leading the way.

I pick Denver for the simple reason that they lost NO ONE from that 13-3 team last year. I pick them to go 12-4 because the division got better.

I don't know about the Raiders... I think KC will win it this year, or give Denver hell all the way to Week 17 trying. The defense is getting better on paper (I know, that's why they play the game, right?). As for the offense, we look like a run-the-ball-down-the-opponent's-throat team...something I've been lacking since Schottenheimer retired. Herm Edwards will run the ball with the lead, pass to tight ends and a few more times during, and attack on defense. Sound familiar? Yeah... Let's hope this brings back memories of the early 90's and more. GO CHIEFS!! mrgreen

i agree, the Broncos are looking strong right now. the Chiefs could be a threat. has anyone heard of Maurice Clarett´s arrest?

I'd like to see the Raiders pull it out, but realistically I think Denver.

The Raiders? No offense, but are you people crazy? In the past three seasons they've had 13 wins combined. Plus, Aaron Brooks isn't that good of a QB. They're gonna go 6-10 at best.

No offense, but I'd really like to know what's making you think that the Raiders will go 10-6. Seriously, I'm curious.
