Yeah, you did spell it right [i think!] But it's pronounced more like Jap-Chae.
OMG! I love Korean food! It's the only thing I know how to cook. :3 I don't know which one's my favorite.. `cause I like all of them. heart But I guess I favor 떡복이 [did I spell that right? xD] Dduk Bok Ee... Yum!!! *drools*

I dunno.. sweatdrop I think it would be more of "Bul Go Gi".. I like that stuff too! Most americans like it also.. If they ever do eat Korean food. xD

Dduk bokki (떡볶기) is probably what I am looking forward to the most when I return. But I like bulgogi (불고기), bibimbap (비빔밥), and kimchi (김치). I found I'll pretty much eat anything that is put in front of me in Korea!
Except for sannakji (산낙지)... that would require a significant amount of soju (소주) first! sweatdrop

Not sure... I like dahk geh jhang... kim bahp's fine, too, but I have a tendency to gourge myself whenever I come face-to-face with Korean barbecue (pork, with the salty sauce thingy).
