Before I start, I'd like to say that this is not targeted at you Austin:
You know what I really hate? People that proclaim to be random or to do random things.
Can someone please explain to me how it is that you can be random and know it? If you are so called "random", then you really don't notice yourself, because the "random" things that you do happen "randomly" therefore, you have no idea that it's random, unless you actually planned to appear "random", in which case you aren't "random" because it didn't happen spontaneously.
Then there are the people that are like "OMG LYK J00 R SO RANDUM BECUZ J00 DO RANDUM THINGZORZ!!!!1!1!!". No one is essentially random, unless they have some sort of disease where they don't think before they speak... OH WAIT! That's called stupidity! Well in that case, then you may dub yourself "RANDUM RANDY: LORD OF ALL THINGS STUPID AND RANDOM". In which case you are not stupid or mentally handicapped, you cannot possibly be random, because you think before you speak, or to explain more clearly, you were thinking about what you said before you said it. Because seriously, if random s**t just spouts from your mouth like lava from a volcano, then you should get that checked, because you aren't right in the head.
Since all "normal" people are at least thinking about what they say before they say it, when they say/do something totally out-of-the-blue that has nothing to do with a current conversation, it doesn't make them random, it just maybe possibly makes the time in which it was said random, but it doesn't make the act or person random.
Do all these "random" people even know what random actually means?
ran-dom adj. 1. Having no specific pattern, purpose, or objective. 2. Mathematics & Statistics. Of or relating to a type of circumstance or event that is described by a probability distribution 3. Of or relating to an event in which all outcomes are equally likely.
The only way that you can be "random" according to the first definition, is if everything you do has no specific pattern, purpose, or objective. To achieve this, you obviously must not be able to think, and your life and everything you do has no meaning. If, according to the first definition, you are a "random" person, then everything you do is pointless, kthnx. If you consider a certain act to be "random", then it must be done for absolutely no reason, which is usually not the case when some one does something "random". For example, when someone is hanging out with friends, and they start laughing out of nowhere, its not random. It's because they thought or remembered something was funny. If not, they are crazy, and you should do them a favor and take them to the nearest mental institution. Almost any act or person thought to be "random" can be disproved of its "randomness" by the first definition.
The second definition: if you can't tell that someone can't be random according to this definition, then go hide in a very dark corner, because you're an idiot.
If you are judging someone or their actions by the third definition of random, you will definitely be proven wrong, because that type of randomness has a lot to do with the second definition. Just like I said before: if you are so "random" that everything you do is "an event in which all outcomes are equally likely", then either you are not a normally functioning human being, or you're a soul-less animal. Or you can be a chemical. Or the planet. Take your pick.
The point is, that no one is essentially random, and that if you are "normal" everything you do is thought of before, or it is a natural bodily function.
Also, remember that if you think you are "random" or that you do "random" things, then you aren't random, because you notice that you are doing these things, which makes you not random.
Sorry for the long rant, but I hope you have become enlightened and will stop being stupid and retarded. Kthnxbye.
