Ichigo-since Rukia has no power for most of the sereis and hes like crazy crack powerfull

There are a few different sides to this.

Physical. I'd say Ichigo would overpower Rukia in a purely strength-governed match. He has more mass than she does, and towers over her by thirty centimeters (about twelve inches). - Ichigo 1, Rukia 0.

Intelligence/Knowledge. This one's spilt. It would depend on what sort of knowledge, really. Ichigo would totally own Rukia in a game of Trivial Pursuit. On the other hand, Rukia would beat Ichigo in matters of the past. - Ichigo 2, Rukia 1.

Spiritual. As we never had the chance to see Rukia at full power for majority of the series, her lack of efficiency in battle (as well as her emoness during the SS arc) has given the impression that she is a pretty weak character. This is indeed not true, based on the current manga plotline. While we still do not know her true potential, she is indeed stronger than what was let on. And she also has a supply of kidou to assault Ichigo with. However, due to Ichigo being a Vaizard, he greatly overpowers her (and many other shinigami) in terms of reiatsu. - Ichigo 3, Rukia 1.

Emotional/ethical. I see much more violent tendencies from Rukia rather than Ichigo. I don't ever recall Ichigo whacking Rukia upside the head, which Rukia has done plenty of times to him (along with kicking him). If it was a squabble sort of fight, Rukia would more than likely do more damage to Ichigo than Ichigo to Rukia. It doesn't seem likely he'd ever harm her physically. - Ichigo 3, Rukia 2.

However, if in some weird play of events they were pitted against each other and there was no other choice but to kill the other in order to survive in the long run, I don't think either would have the resolve to pull the final blow. I see them both leaning toward either taking their own life to let the other live, or purposely letting the other inflict a fatal wound. - Ichigo 3, Rukia 2.

So, who would win? Given by the stats, everything points to Ichigo. There is no doubt he can win against Rukia, but I get the impression that a fight would end more in a tie when everything is mixed together (aside from the 'kill or be killed' scenario).

Ichigo because he's super cool, and because Rukia's power is kinda drained during the series...so yeah, Ichigo has the upper hand.

Rukia beacuse shes short and cool like that but also Ichigo and Rukia could and up both winning or somthing no Ichigo will win
