I had my rookie year of drum corps last summer, but I couldn't follow through this summer because of summer school.
NOW.
Throughout the regular school year, I was average. I only thought about drum corps once a week or so.
BUT.
The summer hit me like a missed rifle toss. I wasn't at drum corps. I wasn't having my sorry a** pulled out of bed at seven in the morning for stretch and run. I wasn't practicing. I wasn't tanning. I wasn't hearing beautiful music and doing awesome guardwork every day like I was supposed to.
NEVER,
Miss a season, kids. You'll regret it like hell.
