Well, here are my thoughts. SasuSaku might just stay together if Sasuke comes back and changes a bit...as in stop being an a**. NaruHina will also last if Naruto realizes Hinata's feelings.
Up till now, the longest lasting paring would be Shikamaru/Temari. Sue me if you disagree! But really, they have had some connection between each other. They have also acknowledge each other quite good not to mention they actually went on a date... ninja Shikamru claims the contrary but he can't fool me...>.>
