I say Tsunade, combined with her brute strength, her medical knowledge and everything else, I'd say she's the strongest. That's only if they're not equal though...

I think that orochimmaru is the best because he like barely gets hurt when someone attcks him and even Kakashi seams afraid of him and Kakashi is afraid of no one

There are two reasons that orochimaru is stronger:
1. He's the antagonist of the show which automatically makes him pretty strong.
2. He's a twisted freak.
