Hopefully we are able to get more purkle's lured away from Neopets if nothing more than a few minutes a day. I think they would find it fun to be here. Plus more purkles = more fun!
So this is a notice for anyone new who is feeling a little lost now. Giggly is one of the best Help Desk managers we could have. She may not know she's manager yet, but I think this will give it away. If she wanders from her post, Fawn is there to back her up. But if all else fails, Neonibbles is never far away either. She just may take a bit longer to respond, mostly if it's daytime.

Also to new members, make sure you have your PMs (private messages) turned On, as for a while (maybe it's still like this) new accounts had them set to Off by default. You can change the settings by clicking Profile and then Edit your Profile.
