A beautiful episode! Lurking menace under the suburban surface, the Doctor once again manages to park the TARDIS where it's almost impossible to get out ("Oy! 30 second penalty, Professor!") and some genuinely pretty scary ideas. Much better than last week's episodes. I liked the BBC commentator practically falling off air and I didn't notice any Torchwood refs in the episode itself. Some one liners that made me laugh out loud. Cracking stuff!
"I can't stress this enough: ball bearings you can eat..." I want to go make fairy cakes with edible ball bearings right now - that is such a blast from my childhood!! biggrin

XD well i actually quite enjoyed that episode. certainly better then last weeks, and it had its funny moments XD

That little girl had the emotional depth of a puddle in this episode! And the doctor lit the torch :O I hope that actually happens now 3nodding Would be one of the coolest olympic openings ever seen! Overall good episode although a tad too quick (the events went from one to the next with barely any gaps at all). AND NEXT EPISODE!!!! AJDFKADFKAFAASG-SPAZ!!! evil Must see it NOW!!!

wasn't too bad, though apart from the stadium and the factory of little kids drawing... erm... little kids, it wasn't a big splash out on a budget really was it?
apparently todays was suppsoed to be one that steven fry wrote but it was way over budget... so they had an episode that hardly used any instead...
o well emo
