they don't in the books becuase they are affird of him and his powers us muggies don't know any better so we make fun of his name i don't but the i just don't call him anything becuase i have trouble spelling his name

I don't know why anyone would get frusterated over a little thing like a name. I know a lot of people do it because Voldemort is long and-for some-hard to spell. I myself do it when I'm in a hurry or am multitasking. It's a stupid thing to get angry or overly emotional over.
