A small buidling located on the edge of town, known for serving many different kinds and brands of Vodka. The building is neat and tidy, with a bar section to one side, and a section with a few tables to the other. There is a modest menu of different foods offered, and a very large selection of alcohol at the bar.
The bar was previously owned by Rosiel, where it originally started as a hangout for his friends where he could serve drinks. It later grew into a bar and grill, when he decided to serve food. Eventually, Rosiel got the impression that if he were to try and stop his alcoholism, it wouldn't be a good idea to be in the constant presence of alcohol. He was going to close the bar, but his younger brother asked if he could keep it open.
So, as of now, The Seven Roses Bar is under ownership of Rosiel's younger brother, Stefan.
