If you have an approved character, you may start exploring/showing up/etc.

If your character is 14-15, you're a first year.
If your character is 16-17, you're a second year.
If your character is 18-19, you're a third year.
If your character is 20-21, you're a graduating fourth year.

Keep this in mind when your character enters the building for the first time...or second...or third...or fourth...you get the picture.

Dormitory Layout (in Students' Quarters)
A sticky on character journals (in Character Journals)
School Rules (on the main page)

So, what have we done?

Added sections to the library! (how exciting!)

Hi!

I'm somewhat sad! It's been VERY quiet in the guild lately, and I was hoping to have someone to play with. Remember that your roommates/students/what have you might really want to play! Also remember that your slot will be opened up and you will be asked to leave the roleplay if you do not provide a reason/excuse for being gone/not posting. And if you don't post, your friends can't post. And that makes this mule very sad.

Now.

It's contest time! And because you're suscribed to my messages, you're the first to find out! We have a recruitment contest, starting today ending in a month. We'll keep a tally of all the people you bring in. Bring in the most, and you get a prize of 2000g. Think of what that could bring in! The catch: they must be accepted into the roleplay AND be active posters. Got it?

I hear through the grapevine that Drago is dealing with some weird infection in her foot, and can't work. I also hear that she's really, really, really uber-bored. So, drop her a note to cheer her up, okay? Awesome.

Hi everyone.

I'm really getting upset here.

There's been no activity in the roleplay. Nada. Zilch. Finito.

We have a contest. And no one's participating.

It's at the point where I hear the Headmistress is thinking about closing down the school. That's not a good thing.

We need to do something about it. If you need to quit, do that.

If not, post.

Even a one-liner post couldn't hurt...but we need posts.

I realise that you all have school and work and real lives, and I know that Drago's got some of the same problems...yet she still posts.

Do something.

Please.

Meanwhile, we need to move the plot ahead, and we can't if no one posts. For the time being, the University will be closing the OOC forum. If we see more posting in character, we'll open back up OOC.

Dear friends:

The University has been (as of late) dead. In order to solve the problems of lurkers, we will be holding a purge in two weeks time. If you have not posted in the week, you and your character will be removed from the guild and the roleplay, unless you have some good excuse for why you are gone. This is a cooperative roleplay, and if no one can cooperate to post even a line, then it is better than the non-cooperative people are removed.

Drago has asked nicely, and has been considerate of other people's social lives, but there comes a point where ignorance is not bliss. The game has gone far too long on one day (it's taken an entire four months to post a day in character!), and by the fact that people have not posted, this is a problem!

Do this, please. Or else, you have sealed your fate.
