Okay, so get this... everyone knows about the situation, right? With the stepfather in prison, and the mother caring for six kids +1 on the way...
Well, it just so happens that one of stepfather's many prison mates just happens to be the owner of Pack'n'save... one o' those supermarket things... and they're in the middle of striking a deal in which our company product (Yeah, the ultimately delicious barbeque sauce...) gets shipped to all their stores...
I say it takes a great deal of luck to have something like that manifest itself in a moment of great dire need...
Therefore, I believe that luck is something that increases under great amounts of stress, and after some serious bouts of bad luck... For this sudden burst of luck not only provides us with a second income, but it also provides jobs for myself and my mother, which provides like... two more incomes...
Of course, running this thing's gonna take some serious luck... but of course, all we have to do is royally screw up in order to raise said luck amount... or so the theory goes...
What do you think? Is there really certain aspects of life during which one's luck would rise?
Maybe... maybe not... but just maybe......

Luck is just one of those things. And I believe in superstition, and that might be one of those things, too. When I was 15-ish, I broke this huge bathroom mirror, which, when you break a mirror, you supposedly have 7 years bad luck.
Down, down, down I go, turn 22 (7 years later), meet the love of my life, move out on my own, doing great.
But back to luck. I believe it comes and goes as it pleases, maybe more in time of need... but some people have better luck than others. 3nodding

Well, it's difficult to include context with a quote, Kim... talk2hand I mean, I coulda included everything that was said which had somehow lead up to you saying that... but it was too long, and wouldn't fit evil
