saber is defenitly fun, especially since it's a little easier to get more turns out of it than a rifle.

Second year of spinning- first year with my high school, and I'm on rifle already! Actually, its only the second year we've ahd rifles- we're to poor for sabres....*tear, tear.* I've thrown a two and a half on flag, and a quad on rifle (although I didn't catch it.) I've caught a triple, but it was too lofty for words. ><

I've thrown maybe a 2 1/2 on a flag and a quad (or maybe it was 5, I couldn't tell, and I didn't catch it). I've yet to throw a rifle, but I want to next season.

i was new to guard this past season[outoor, marching band], and this is now my first season in winterguard. i was, of course, on flag outdoors, and i can toss a quad on a flag! [although they didnt teach us that...] and now in winterguard im on rifle [w00t!] ive been to two practices and tossed a quad...but didnt catch it. haha, oh well! im still new, i have an excuse!

I'm actually in pit, but my sister started color guard when I was in the 3rd grade and I've practice it over the years but I learned to toss on the wrong hand so I'm trying to fix that.
But I like rifle the best:
On the left hand I'm getting a 5
and On the right hand(the wrong way) i can get a 8, lol

My friend did a horizontal toss with a flag that did four or five rotations and the judge ripped into her and said there should be more.

A five on sabre almost a six and then an almost six on rifle... If I worked on them more I could throw higher but I don't practice near as much as I should...
