i know it counts as murder but if he makes the death the persons fault is he realy killing them
like if he made them jump in front of a bus is he realy a murderer for killing the person

Well yeah. Even though they did the action themselves, he's the one who caused it to happen.

Yeah what she said.

Even if Light has them commit suicide it's still murder because he controled it and made it happen. Without Light doing it, they wouldn't have done it.

Yeah. It's obvious it's murder: The more practical question, and the point of the whole first arc, is whether it's wrong to kill criminals.

Yeah, but he knows the book will kill the peoples. Its like your saying if someone stabs someone else...its the knife thats killing the victim...not the actual person.

Personally I fell no sympathy for the people hes killed think about it
Their murderers themselves and they'd rape, kill, stalk, beat, torture, the innocent people around them.

think about it on my point of view, If someone kille dyour loved one or close fanily member would you wante the murderer to live? (All because of this people in the real world always pardon and fell sorry for the murder but not the poor victum raped, tortured or even possibly killed

no. I'm just saying that he didn't kill them by himself. He just helped.
Just like a knife; you need to move the knife to kill somone, but it wasn't your hand that killed the person, it was the blade.
Get my meaning?

I get your meaning... There was no 'helping though' on Light's part. The Note helped him. Without Light the Note would just set there doing nothing.

So basically you're just making an inane argument to prove a point that is moot.

You don't know if all of the ones Light killed were really guilty or not. Innocent people are convicted all the time so it isn't a stretch to say Light probably killed several innocent people.

So the other real question other then 'is it okay to kill criminals?', would be 'is it okaky to sacrifice the innocent just to be able to kill the guilty?'
