Well.....Seeing as Link isn't Human that means Inuyasha can use the Tessaiga. Other then that I really don't know enough about Link to make a call.

Link takes this match hands down. Nayru's Love makes him take no damage at all, with the exeption of falls, and Inuyasha is too much of a knuckle-head to figure that out. Not to mention that Link has Din's Fire, and huge ball of fire that surrounds him and spreads out for approximately 40 feet. Inyuasha is faster, I'll give him that, but Link has superior defence and power. Plus I'm pretty sure that Link's Light Arrows could easily take out Inuyasha. After all, they were able to break through the best defences of Ganon, the most powerful sorcerer in the Zelda Universe.
Note: Inuyasha's Backlash Wave is useless in this fight. It only works when he is fighting a demonic enemy, and Link is Hylian.

Arrows wont work Inuyasha is fast enough to and dodge catch an arrows, He only got hit with 1 by Kikyo due to the fact that it was his love shooting at him and he was in shock because of it.

Inuyasha would be toast if he tried catching one of those. The entire purpose of the Light Arrows is to repel evil, and just for the record, Inuyasha is half-demon and has some evil lurking inside of him. And as I already mentioned, they were the only weapon able to break through the defences of Ganon, the most illustrious sorcerer in the Zelda Universe. Either Inuyasha dodges, or he'll be toast.
Note: Inuyasha is far from smart, thus, there's a good chance he'll catch one right off the bat and fry himself.

Well........ lets not forget about the bombachu (mouse bomb from link oot) all the mask link as that changes him (MM game) Mirror shield to reflect inuyasha's backlash wave and his windscar (if either of those worked on link in the first place besides the fierce dentai mask from mm but link would be too strong anyway lol.....) able to go back 3 days (mm but i think that was only for the wierd cloackwork town in mm....of wait and oot but that was 7 years.... so nvm on that) and the naru's love is a arua/shield and inuyasha can break any barrier with his sword........
