Leggins of the Fang- WC Pythas drops it the most.
Any Defias items that have agility from Deadmines. You need to have some one rush you through these spots SO you don't gain a shitload of exp and accidently level up past 19.
Honestly, Twinking a Hunter > Then Rogue. They have a PET PLUS ranged attacks and then can go Melee. ^_^'

Alot of rogues on my server have 2 cruel barbs from VC in the deadmines.

WOOOO AGI AND WEAPON DMG ENCHANTS!! thats all ya really need ta know.

Assasin Blade x2
150 skill engineering hat
tunic of westfall ( alli ), blackened defias chest ( horde )
leggings of the fang
deviate scale belt
briste bark gloves
forest leather bracers
shoulders from WC quest
humm....thats all i can remember if you want me to tell ya more PM me with which spot it goes in XD!

A twink isn't really a twink unless it has super good enchants, or just stuff like world drops that take 50g to buy. Going and doing instances and getting a certain set or item, isn't really twinking. It's just running an instance with an alt. Now, buying Lifestealer for that alt...
