Another journal to chronicle the ups, the downs, and the absolutely boring. Seemed fun and it gives me something to do. Gaia gold for posting isn't a bad thing, either. *grin* As for the title, it's a quote by Atreyu from Neverending Story II -- which I pretend never existed except for that quote -- and mostly refers to Caphriel's (rather annoying) love of killing herself. The characters will post as themselves, so feel free to have a chat with them (though the player wouldn't mind a little attention once in awhile, too xd ).

Description: The big sister, Caphi is a self-proclaimed pimp, due to the fact that she funds the other two girls, plus a set of boys*, and two assbandits**. She's quiet and a loner, preferring to fight solo and in uncrowded areas, so no one really gets the chance to find out that she's mean and snippy.
She especially hates being reminded of the fact that she failed at magic once, and... Well. She hates a lot of things, really. The exceptions would be, in order of affection from greatest to least: her sibs and Abaddon (their pet cargo), her guild, money, and red bean sundaes.
She also loves suicide runs. No one knows how it came about, but it's probably something like an addiction to the exhilaration. After all, there's nothing like facing down creatures that can totally own you, right? Plus, she's quite (over?)confident in her mastery over ice. If she's not hanging around Orbis, then she's probably in the wilds of El Nath, poking the werewolves.

Description: The baby sister, she is sweet, cute, and spoiled rotten. Her original aspiration was to become an archer, but she became enamoured by legends of great warriors and instead opted to take up the sword. And for a girl who loves nothing more than playing around with Abaddon, she swings a pretty mean sword.
She is content to be spoiled by Caphi, mostly because she knows it makes Caphi happy. She is never out of healing potions and, even if she is still a little early in her training, already has a wardrobe full enough to take her into knighthood (mostly in blue, her favorite color).
Beneath her shy smile is stubbornness, tenacity, and determination. What she wants most of all is to someday join the ranks of the great knights (and maybe someday, paladins) of the Maple world.

Seralith:World tour in jMS! This is in the Omega Sector, as shown by the octopus aliens and the yellow Meso Ranger (actually, I'm not sure what they're called, but I've heard of them referred to as such. >_>). Looks like fun over there. Wish I wasn't such a newb, ehehehe.
Arinna: Abaddon, the pet cargo on Bera, having a little relax on Bera. He never shuts up (i.e., responds to talk/chat/say more than any other commands).

One day, I'm going to just explode and shout, "FOR THE LAST TIME, WE ARE NOT AN EMO GUILD." Funny that a little messing around on the part of our leader and his friend will get us (or me, at least) periodic 'omg im emo n i liek pengiuns cn i join ur guild plz?' requests. I'm taking a page from Caphi's book and finding nice, peaceful training areas. I really don't like fire boars, though. They make weird sounds when they die. How did Caphi stand all this when she was here? sad Better than evil eyes, I guess, though. The ant tunnel is creepy. (Can't wait to take on drakes, though!)

After today/this weekend, I'll be gone for a week and a half, maybe. Exams are in two weeks and I really need to cram.
It makes me kinda sad, though, because jMS is holding all sorts of events for Golden Week, which is next week. Damn them. I really wanna play, but school > Maple. crying

Lionheart is now +5! Caphi let me splurge on some upgrade scrolls to celebrate my getting stronger and they both worked! whee Ahh, so happy~ That other one that Blackbull guy gave me didn't work, though. I shouldn't have taken the risk, but... Oh, well. Time to start whacking at those cute fuzzballs in Orbis Tower again. (They make the cutest sounds when they die. But do they bite! Gotta watch out for the cute ones, Caphi says. I guess she would know. She's always coming back singed by those Cellion lasers.)

If there's anyone willing to take a measly level 57 ice mage to do the Zakum quest, let me know? Those Dead Mine scrolls would be so useful for when I wanna play around with those Minor Zombies wandering around in there. As much fun as poking werewolves is, sometimes I really do want to get past them. 3nodding

Jangoon set + that conehead-looking helmet is hideous. Good thing there was that sale on Cash clothes. Now she has a cheap set to cover up teh ugleh with. Hopefully, she makes level 50 before the clothes run out...
Double exp events are heart Caphi is 25% to leveling. That's more or less one more double exp session. She'll still be the pimp, but less emphasis on her money-making, more on leveling 'Rin. So she'll pretty much be sleeping much of the time.

A couple of hours slaughtering cellions paid off! Not only can she wear the anakarune now, she can start maxing teleport! Not that she'll be leveling much anymore. Main is now officially switched to Arinna, who is gunning for knighthood be the end of the summer. (*crosses fingers*) whee Caphi is the Ludi supplier. Ana's going back to Victoria for some serious training. She needs to waste some pots, anyway. >_>

Maple Claw! I was running around during 2x exp times with Arinna in the jr. cellion map, when the claw dropped! I might've sccapped the moment, but I was a little paranoid about looters. W.atk is 1 point above average (21). Yay! I'm considering giving it to Ana, but she already has a level 40 claw... Maybe I can scroll it with 60%s, buuuut... Well, for one thing, I'm dirt poor. And for another, Ana's more a mule than anything else, even if I do train her sometimes. Ah, decisions, decisions...
In Cash Shop news, I want a panda! In all, I wanted cargo, panda, husky, elephant, and (Japanese) monkey. That's one down, four to go, though I kinda have to wonder if we'll get a monkey pet. Hmm...
