My favorite Organization characters would be, in order:
- Roxas (I love the whole dark versus light type of thing going on with Roxas and Sora. The ending scenes with Roxas and Namine are so touching, and the music of Utada Hikaru's voice adds to it).

- Axel (No need for explanation *laughs*).

- Zexion (One of the more attractive and devious members of the Organization, I might say. Here ends "fangirl mode").

- Xemnas (Yes, I know... go figure, right? I like him because he's so over-dramatic about his goals--recall his soliloquy and hand motions--for Kingdom Hearts and the Nobodies. The guy cracks me up. Ha ha).

- Marluxia (The scythe is so cool! And, you can't forget the sakura blossoms; they're rather memorable as they're attacking you fiercely in KH:CoM).
