It's been thousands of years since the world has seen a decent idea. I mean, c'mon.... there haven't been any good ideas that help people more than they help those who think of them. Of course, that's how it's supposed to work, isn't it? Well, I still don' like it... however, I do accept it, and for that, all should be greatful.
So anyway, I was sitting down eating breakfast when I realized that I am more than likely going to graduate from high school in about a month. Which is awesome... but then I realized that in my path, there are at least 20 hurdles in my way...
Now, I don' know about you, but I can't really jump that well, being mostly white and all... but that's not the real challenge... the REAL challenge happens to be jumping so many hurdles in such a short span of running ground. I mean, I've jumped hurdles before, and it's quite easy, ya know? But try jumping 5 hurdles at a time... and you'll see what I'm getting at. I mean, c'mon... 20 hurdles in 30 days? that's like one hurdle every day and a half. And if you've ever traveled forward through time, you'd realize that I'm gonna be jumping these hurdles going max speed of .042 days/hour... and believe me... that's not very fast...
So I did the speed calculations, and I've figured out that I'll have plenty of time between hurdles to ready myself, however... I do not have enough speed to clear them all. I am prepared to trip and fall over the fourth/fifth hurdle. I mean, one must prepare themself.. uh.. one'sself for such things, correct?
Anyway, I was just wondering how long I could ramble on before people started asking themselves how long I was going to carry that metaphor about the hurdles and the running and such. As of now, I will no longer ever again attempt to use the word hurdle in a sentence, paragraph, or any type of grammatical phrase.
So now that you've pretty much wasted _______ minutes of your life reading this, it's only fair that I end it in the best possible manner...
...and therefore, it ends like this...
