Oh the question that everybody has wondered about at some point in thier gaian life. Basically, if you are helpful around gaia, don't ask to become a mod and follow the rules very well, you could become an mod. Your chances of becomming a mod when gaia first came out were okay, because most mods are oldbies from back then, but now, your chances are slim to none, with such a big population and an already full staff of mods.
