No where in the Bible does it state that different races can't get married. Marriage in God's eyes is a ritual performed by a man and a woman that bonds them together for a lifetime. God does frown upon relationships with non-humans. What I mean by that (of course, I don't think it still goes on) is when Giants were in the land, like in the time of David, they came from relationships with the fallen angels. God didn't like that because it messed with his human creation and the way He made our DNA. God also frowns upon the marriage of a gay couple, no matter what race, because God ordained marriage to be between a man and a woman. If gays want to get married, they should call it something else, like a civil union. But to answer your question simply, no. God has no problem with different races getting married.
