Actually, if given the proper amount of hormone therapy and a false uterus is created, a man could carry a baby, however it would need to always be delivered via Caesarian section... for obvious reasons. It's also experimental.... I doubt it will be effectively plausible until stronger hormone therapy and less risky procedures are possible.

The procedure would be quite risky and the hormone therapy would have other serious complications.

That's why I doubt it would be entirely possible within the next 15-25 years, unless, of course, they make a random breakthrough. Itll still take a long time for the participating male to even achieve a "receptive" state.
