I think Kagome is the strongest although Sango is way better in fighting but Kagome does have a strong will and is not afraid of most things any more.

I think Sango is strongest in strength, but Kikyou has to be strongest in emotions and will. Why? What's her strongest feeling that's allowing her to live right now? Her hatred for Inuyasha... it's also not against her will that she choice that path. She can easily forgiven him, but she didn't because I wouldn't either xD
Rin is the strongest in a category that's unnamed, she was able to live until she saw Sesshomaru-- he felt pity and brought her back to life.
Kagome, she's not strong in anything aside from her feeling for Inuyasha TOWARDS THE END OF THE ENTIRE ANIME! >< Or at the movie, but meh. She was very uncertain ever since Kikyou came back to life... when you're in love, there's no such thing as uncertain. ~ Let me be your angel ~

I say Sango is the strongest. One because she kicks but all the time and two not just because of her physical strenght. She has been through so much. Her father and villagers slaughterd and her brother is being controlled by narkaku. So Sango all the way.
