My friend Jeremy died in Iraq Sunday. He was only 19 years old. I just found out last night, and today at school was really tough. I saw him just before X-mas, it is hard to beleive that Death has already taken him.

He hadn't even been out of highschool for one year. It seems so surreal, that a great guy like Jeremy would have his life snuffed out so quickly after becoming a man.

I hust hope that he knows that he is loved and always will be. Even though he didn't have any blood family to call his own, he had a family within his circle of friends and their parents. It is a great loss for everyone.

Rest in Peace, my Jeremy. heart

I'm going to his funeral on Wednesday, so don't expect me to be around.

He had a really beautiful funeral. But none of you even know that this happened today, so whatever. I'm not really concerned.

I knew because you posted on Sunday that it was on Wednesday. I just didn't have time to leave a reply. I just never know what to say about these kind of things.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I would've left a reply sooner, but I've been away redface In times like this I always find it easier to think more of the positiveness of that persons life. It makes me feel like I'm closer to them, always heart heart heart

The ROTC is fundraising to get scholarship for someone in his memory, and we are making T-shirts. :3
