Original Video Animation, pretty much. They aren't shown on tv, but directly onto dvds, videos, blah...
Envy was so cute in the chibi one! I love how everyone was like, "Uwaaa!". Disbelief.
The kids one almost made me cry. I sniffled. Didn't understand a word of it, but I got the gist of it. Ed's grandkids (who suspisciously look exactly like Ed, Al, and Winry when they were younger) go to the city to say 'happy birthday' to Ed, who's their grandfather. The movie poster amused me.
They get lost (I think), but manage to make their way to his house (with some help from Off. Hughes). The scene where I almost cried was when they showed Ed's body, chin down. I want to see how his eyes look!
He looked so old...
Homunculus vs State? Funny. Couldn't figure out who Roy gave the ring to (unless it was suppose to be the viewer)

It's not out in the US. Try youTube.com to find it.
There is no subtitled version Yet, because fansubbers haven't picked it up.

Omg I saw it! The Chibi was sooo... cute.. Too bad they didn't have Greed in it though.. That would've been priceless. But the State Alchemist vs Homunculie.. That was great with Greed rubbing up on Winry, but you find out it's Envy and them fighting was just..

OMG! I JUST WATCHED IT!!! THE ONE CHIBI ONE IS HILARIOUS!!!
AND OMG!!!! ED'S GROWN UP!! he really takes after hohenheim... and in the photo... AL GOT HUGE COMPARED TO ED!!!! lol. or was the heiderich in the photo with him? Eh... i'll just assume it's al. lol. It looked so nice... so... ed got married and had kids.... awww... how old is he now?? Let's see... in the movie it was wwii so... it ended in 1945 and by that time... ed was 18 or 19 right? and the date at the end said it was 2005 so... 60 years plus the 19 or 18 so... whoa... ed's practically 80 years old in there!!!!
