I think we need a debate - so here's the Topic!
Kai's Triangles? Paint or a form of Branding?
Well i think i'm somehere in the middle but here's my arguments for both
Paint
This is an obvious one. Many say that it's paint becuase there are scene in V-Force where Kai isn't wearing his beloved triangles (gasp)
but...
Tatoo
I was just thinking, maybe that school he had to go to demande he got rid of them and assuming it is a tatoo - couldn't Kai have just used the ever wonderful power of concealer((*hugs hers and foundation*)) to hide the tatoo? Sure it would take a lot but it is possible.
So i want to hear everyone elses two cents worth 3nodding Add to whatever side your on. 3nodding

I have to say it's paint and as it's an anime, anything is possible lol. Yes, if it were a tatoo, it could have been covered by whatever strong make-up I'd like to know where he found...
Anyways...Kai goes through a lot of sweat, weather conditions and I can't remember if he got wet other than that, but the triangles never seem to fade...Strong paint I guess^^ but like I said...anything is possible in an anime...just look at their hair styles..no one can keep their hair that way! So we leave the wonderful world of Beyblade where bitbeasts exist and spinning tops is a sport...yeah...*stares at Rei's supper long hair* And no guy in their right mind would have hair that long...lol xd
Not to mention Kai's hair color..oh great...a new debate to go with...Natural or dye...hmmm... mad

lol I'm a firm believer in the paint.
However, I did read an interesting fic that suggested that Kai got his paint turned into tats after the second season and that's why in Grev they're so much sharper than in any other season (Ignoring the completely different drawing styles of course.)

They are tatoo's cuz I mean that so much cooler then paint. And every know Kai's the coolest. And that makes him sexy......not a very good point but hey.

Kai just got a lot hotter in my mind
Anyways,
The whole thing about the unnatural hair, sure its unnatural but entirely possible (assuming everyone dyes their hair)
With the amount of hair gel i have seen this term, and i wouldn't be surpirsed if its more like cement my friend puts in her hair. Oh and i saw some guy with hair that long - Rei pulls it off better.
I'm getting off topic!
I actually(still) like the idea of the tatoos and the super strong concealer. that school of his would have demanded it and we never wee him without them anyway. Imagine all the makeup remover stare
and i like tatoos at the moment - i want one on my back 3nodding
