I get the first post here, 'cause I'm cool like that. Hi, my name is Azana, and I am an Angelic.
(Rest of the room) "Hi, Azana."
My awakening (I think this is about where it occurred) came through a guided visualization I found in an Angel book. I think I modified it or something, because it was originally a meditation to align with the angels.
Well, it isn't hard to align when your soul is angelic, needless to say, so it turned into an awakening for me. It felt like I had closed my eyes for at most five minutes...but I was there for a half hour.
I have astral wings; they have been confirmed by various spiritual friends as well as a channeled spirit. I don't know what they look like since my visualization skills are not what they used to be. I intend to keep working so I can see my astral self and such.
People may think it odd that I'm an Angelic and a Pagan, but it's not that paradoxical, really. Mention of angels or celestial beings can be found in any religion in this world: the monotheistic angels, the Shinto tennyo...you can even find them in Hinduism and many different folklores. They seem to transcend the petty arguments of dogma and the politics of religion. You can relate to that, right?
Anywho, it's nice to meet all of you other Angelics. ^_^ Unfortunately, while I am known as "Book Girl", I can't tell you a ton about Angelics because I haven't explored that side of myself as much as I should. I'll help you along as best I can, though!

Hello Azana, glad to see you are otherkin, looks like I chose the right person to help me. Your picture reminded me as otherkin, but I wasn't sure, guess I was right (Sweet, 1 point lol rofl ). Also angels don't even have to be religious to be angels, that is just who they are.
P.S. There arn't alot of info online about angelkin or Angelics so forth, I havn't seen any books, but just because I havn't seen books doesn't mean they arn't out there.

Hi, my name is Jason. I am an angelkin. I choose not to explain the fine details though since I feel no need to explain it to evryone. I will say this though. The best confirmation about being an angelkin is given bo your guardian or God. And if you can't handle the knowledge then it will not be given to you.

Well, Cowww...I found an entry on Angelics one day on an otherkin site, which helped me to give a name to myself. I knew I was extremely connected to angelic powers, and that I had the wings to boot, but I never knew of the terms "Angelic" or "otherkin" until I read it.
It was quite helpful...I wonder if I could dig it up again for you.

It was just a rather silly FAQ, though they did use to have a page on powers and skills. Still, it did explain why I kept feeling winged...

I was a normal kid(somewhat). I have an older sister and a younger brother. My mom rased me as single mom becuase my dad was in and out of jail and prison all my life. I live/grew up in a small town named vacaville and its pretty boring. I never really questioned God or religion but that all changed when I started to watch DBZ and found a website about Ki and then I surfed the internet finding infromation about magick and such. I later foundout that I was a copy of a Fosaken Angel named Zero and after searching Astral I found him and he asked if he could use my body. So I let him and now he lives in me and is almost like a split personality. Now I know almost everything he knows and have spent the rest of my time learning earthly magick and such.

Seeing as it is a forsaken(fallen) angel couldn't that mean that once you die it can take over your body and seeing as it is in you it is observing all that you do so it can mimic your actions later. It could have just told you you are a copy so you would let it in your body.... Could you elaborate on this?
