Personality ● Timid most days, she does not like confrontation and shys away when people are loud or overly dramatic. She often fights anxiety and will lie, faking the truth if it means getting out of a situation. Gracelynn was often bullied as a child so she would hide her self away and avoid anyone she was able.
When she had friends, she would seek shelter with them, choosing to stick close to them, often driving them away because of this. As she grew up, Gracelynn found herself distancing herself more from others, keeping people at arms length so as not to offend or frighten them off.

Biography
● Gracelynn is first and foremost half Wood elf and Half Human. While out with a hunting party one evening, her family was ambushed by a troop of Ishgarian guards. Her mother, a warrior elf by the name of Rayan was one of the women taken captive in the aftermath of the battle. Resilient and stubborn, she refused to give into the men keeping her captive. As the other women were taken and played with before being killed and thrown away, she stood her ground, threatening death upon those who tried to touch her. One eve, after two weeks of being held captive, Rayan found herself dining with the Captain of the troop, forced to do so or she would be put to death. After the dinner, Rayan began to feel sick, blacking out shortly after. When she woke, she found herself in the bed with the man beside her and her bare skin tainted with marks and bruises. In trying to recall the events, she often found them marred by hard emotions. Rayan used a knife, slitting the man's throat as he laid asleep. She dressed in his clothes, his blood still splattered on her face and hands.
Taking her time, she moved through the camp and slaughtered every single person, every guard who dared to harm her friends and family. After they were all dead and she made it home, she regained her life, becoming a warrior to be feared among the humans. Months later, she found herself with child. She felt revolted carrying the child, planning to leave it to the wolves when it was born. But, after months of carrying the child and bringing it into the world, she refused to take the infants life.
Gracelynn was raised within the West Wood Elf Tribe of Wista. She was taught the elvish ways and often found herself on the receiving end of bullying from others; those who knew what happened to her mother. At the age of ten, she was allowed to go to the yearly ceremony, expecting to simply go and be ignored. But a group of people took her in, led by a young man with a passion for flamboyance named Mahanon another young man who was the Moon Elf Priestess's twin brother Ashoka.. She became friends with these people, looking forward to the ceremony each year so she could see them. It wasn't until she was fourteen that she decided she would go with her friends, running away from the Tribe that treated her so coldly. Over the years, the group separated through the lands, some going to Estherel to serve the King in order to gain land of their own, Ashoka disappeared, others becoming nomads until it was just Gracelynn and Manhanon making their way through the world.
One evening, they were tracked by a group of no good pirates and cornered on a cliff in Estherel. Gracelynn had been behind Mahanon, praying they would escape when the cliff began to break, too many people on it. She made the decision, pushing him into the pirates and praying he would survive as the cliff crumbled. She fell into the ocean below and thought death would claim her as the sea beat her against a rock. But, a soft voice found it's way to her and when she woke, she was on the shore, a gentle fisherman caring for her.
Once better, she began to survive on her own, giving her thanks to the man who cared for her by helping him fix his home, using what magic she knew at the time. Once on her own, she set out to find a spot to call her own. Over time, she learned more about magic. Potions, healing, the elements and soon found a small cottage in the Forgotten Lands forest to call home. Since then, she has become known as a healer in her area. She often travels to different cities, making calls to care for sick, elderly or those who just need a hand from her potions. She prays one day to find Mahanon... and some of her other friends?
