I bet reading my subject headline was a shock, or not. I just wanted to know if anybody heard about the rumor that Morning Musume is going to disband. I saw on a Morning Musume Fan site that Morning Musume was going to be breaking up and not exist anymore. I'm a gonna post a couple of things I read and heard from a lot of other people, I just wanna know if anyone can tell me and everyone else..... WHAT IS GOING ON: THESE ARE QUOTES FROM OTHER MORNING MUSUME FANS"Yes" MM is disbanding Quotes= RED "No" MM is not disbanding Quotes= GREENMutual Quotes= BLUE"i seriously doubt it. the sales have been pretty bad, but i dont think they would have released a new single already if they were going to disband. momusu breaking up would probably be the end of h!p as well. i cant see there being an h!p without them.""rumor has it that Tsunku was going to give the entire H!P to his daughter, but Momusu won't have it, so they are scheduled to break up late summer- Early Fall.""As far as Momusu breaking up.....not anytime in at least a decade. Magical Pandy Kyo Could this mean the end of W? crying I'm not sure what the story is, but I'm guessing that is MM disbands, the rest of H!P will go down too. MM is the biggest part of H!P, so yeah.... sad

The whole rumor is kinda dead now that he is holding auditions for the group. yeah, but that's my point tsunku's taken morning musume as far as he can possibly take them ; they need new management to get them ahead in the industry; morning musume's lost their touch and tsunku's running out of steam ; if they split-up and went their separate ways, i wouldn't consider that a bad thing ; they'd have their own careers, and be doing better than they are now heart

Remember that technically MoMusu wasn't supposed to exist. MoMusu started because Tsunku-san said "if you sell 50,000 CDs in 2 weeks, then you'll be a group". and here they are.
They won't break up any time soon, especially with Tsunku's plans for JunJun and LinLin and the rest of Asia. (can you say Korean, Vietnamese and Thai members?)

They won't break up any time soon, especially with Tsunku's plans for JunJun and LinLin and the rest of Asia. (can you say Korean, Vietnamese and Thai members?) Yeah, I heard they performed at yossies grad. But look at all the stuff floating around, Miki quit right after the media found out about her boyfriend or something, and Nono even though she ain't in MM is preggos lol and Aibon got fired for smoking again.

(especially after Love Machine, Koi no Dance Site and Happy Summer Wedding) Kanashimi Twilight got to number 2, and the only reason Ambitious! Yashinteki de Ii Jan didn't do well was because fans were probably sick of Para Para music from MoMusume. Plus, MoMusu has had the best sales of all H!P groups, although Berryz and C-ute are doing well, too. (C-ute's latest single is currently at number 2)

The Oricon is a great measure of success, but music isn't as big a thing in Japan as in the US. A lot of people don't know the new songs that come out. I download the whole Oricon Top 30, because I like music, but you could fully pick out people in Japan that are in their 20s and they won't know half the songs. Anyway, lots of scandals and we won't see the results on their popularity until their next new single, but they already lost Hello Morning, right? If that's not a sign of declining popularity I dunno what is, Hello Morning has been around since they made all the other sub-groups.
