Day one of Quitting smoking. First time I have ever used a Patch (Nicoderm CQ to be exact). Is it supposed to itch this much? I probably should not have smoked that one this morning before putting the first patch on. I already want another - but I need to just think of other things. I do have plenty of tasks to work on. Argh, on with the day and hopefully by next week's posting I will say I am one week free of the addiction.
