Chosuke started to fall backward as she moved quickly, causing her to gasp in pain but the timing could just be her reaction to Chosuke falling as she was by his side rather fast but still missed it, like she could catch him, he gave the shaky thumbs up as her hand rested on his abs, her brows furrowed with worry as she smiled softly. "Before I heal you..." her hand went into her pocket and she pulled out herbs but they were crumbled and squished. "I.. uh, found them." She explained then sweatdropped. "I also brought some... food. Emergency snacking for me. Heh. Sure enough, she reached to her hidden pockets on her clothing and pulled out some clean cloth. Unfolded the cloth, it was two rolls, a bit squished, cheese, and some salvageable grapes that weren't crushed. She placed it by Chosuke's side. "Shikarie-chan... Mina-chan and Chosuke-chan, please help yourselves to the snacks." Swiftly, her hand was back on his torso as she started to heal the stab and burnt wounds. There was a tickling at the back of her throat and pain in her torso, which caused her to cough but she was quick enough to have her free hand pull her article of clothing up to cover her mouth and she could taste the iron. Not wanting them to know, she quickly cleared her throat and released her clothing, at least it was thick, so if there was blood, it would take a lot more to be seen. Cleared her throat again, she remained steadfast and focused on healing Chosuke.

โA few names, probably not a particularly reliable bit of intel. They were doing some kind of ritual, left a bit of a mess behind, mentioned finding the jinchuriki. Wasnโt a horde of them though.โ Even when speaking normally Cereโs voice was animated. Swells of energy, and changes of pitch exaggerating and emphasizing. โI suspect weโll get more info on that lot whenever our floaty friends get their heads on straight again, if the whispers floating around have any truth to them.โ The speculations from Sadayoโs spooks were little more concrete than a bowl of jelly when Cere started her search for the source of the morons traipsing around the village, but sheโd been around for uncorroborated reports to start trickling in while Sadayo was doing whatever she was doing with the Arashi nin that cut and ran mid fight.

Typified by the scene that ******** genin had made at the office before Sadayo was put in charge. Sheโd used her status as one of the previous Kageโs oldest students and exceptional transformations to add a file for Cere and Camilla. They were relatively sparse, giving basic details and information on recruitment, but that wasnโt likely to stand out much considering Lahlilโs... attitude towards the minutia of the office. Codaโd put in a little effort with running low level errand missions, and even limited the skill sets each showed off, so theyโd seem above board if you werenโt inclined to dig. It wasnโt likely a ruse that would survive Sadayoโs scrutiny if Coda wasnโt careful about her expansion of identities, but the plan was never for Cere or Camilla or whoever to be in files that were particularly worth scrutinizing. Or at least not until the point at which it no longer mattered. For now everything would line up. Coda had been tied up with her Oinin examination the last time she was accounted for, and Cere was a grunt pulled into the program for specialized training.

One with the Earth | Rank S+ | Cost: Chakra Caine melds into the ground, effectively becoming part of the Earth. Once he is in the ground he is able to control the area. This has been shown to be capable of terraforming an entire area. However, Caine uses this to defend or attack. Being able to produce spikes to attack, or create entire mountains to stop an attack based on what he needs. These attacks are based on how much chakra he puts into each attack ( effectively a basic combat style of ninjutsu bending, each attack requires a ranked amount of chakra to determine it's strength. Attacks used in this way are still considered spiritual ). If Caine runs out of chakra he is abruptly while in the ground he is ejected out, but is otherwise considered to be wholly merged with the earth, requiring an opponent to target the ground with a S+ rank attack if they wish to force him out. Each time this is done, Caine will need to spend an equal amount of chakra to remain in the ground. The main downside to this is that he cannot use any other techniques ( aside from his genjutsu ) while in the ground unless he at least partially emerges from it to cast.

[ Kyotoryuu Training | Available | Duration 0/2 | Cooldown 0/3 ] The Kyotouryuu practitioner can now react to an opponent by converting their speed into an agility boost for [2] posts with a [3] post cooldown. This requires no activation or resource cost.

The user may not generate more stamina than their reserves may hold. ------- The Kaiser Armor now causes searing burns upon contact that blister due to the crackling chakra. The user's strength and speed are increased by [1] point per rank of the armor. Taijutsu and bukijutsu techniques used while the armor is active create shock waves [5] feet in the direction of the attack per rank of the technique.
[ Mirror Image Arts Training ] The user may cast the Shadow Clone technique in conjunction with techniques from this style to replace mirror images with the clones. Casting Shadow Clones in this manner does not consume an activation. ------- The user has learned to control their chakra in a fine manner which allows them to create an additional mirror image per rank of the technique it is executed with. These additional images do not increase the strength of the parent technique.
As Shikarie sat on all fours she started to piece together bits and pieces of information to try and figure out what just happened. The stinging sensation from her curse mark was still there but a lot more bearable, therefore she removed her hand from her nape. Feeling a warming sensation on her ribs her thoughts stopped, bringing her back to reality. Looking to see who it was she found Inohachi by her side attempting to heal her. Once she was done Inohachi stood up and lent a helping hand. Shikarie started to reach for her hand but hesitated for a moment. Even though she didn't harm Inohachi herself, she still felt responsible for the status of their team. Even though she had a sense of guilt Shikarie still took Inohachi's hand and stood up."Thanks."
As Inohachi went to aid Chosuke Shikarie just stood there for a moment before walking up to the group. Her hands hung by her side as she watched Inohachi heal Chosuke. Mina thanked Inohachi for saving them all. 'That's right.... If it wasn't for her, they'd be dead' With a soft look on her face, she questioned the healer."How's his injuries?" Shikarie was clearly disturbed by the fact she just harmed not only her teammate but one of her closest friends.
Inohachi reached into her pocket and pulled out some herbs. They looked like the herbs the group had been looking for before the cultists popped up. They were clearly burnt and squished. The Yamanaka then went on to pull out some snacks she had brought along and offered them to the group."I'm....not really hungry." She declined the offer. If anyone needed the snack it would be the four before her. Shikarie didn't sustain any injuries at all. It made more sense to allow those who needed it to replenish their strength.
"That's for breaking the barrier Min-" As she turned to look at Mina she could see the look of not only relief but worry. Diverting her eyes away, Shikarie didn't quite know how to respond. Once she shifted her eyes she noticed something, just outside of where the barrier had ended. Slowly walking over Shikarie picked the plant. It was the herb they group had come to look for at the start of it all! Picking whatever herbs were at the location she squated she rose to her feel. Walking back to the group her pace was slower than it was when she walked away. Kneeling down next to Chosuke she placed the herbs down next to the food Inohachi hand placed out."Chosuke. I'm sorry.

Mina looked around the Falls from where she stood. It seemed as if the widespread battle was over. As other shinobi seemed to be leaving to get their wounds tended to, Inohachi and Shikarieโฆ started having a picnic? Mina raised her finger and was about to say something, but stopped herself. Instead the redhead kept her gaze lingering on the Nara for a little while longer. It wasnโt like the two of them knew each other very well, but to her knowledge Mina didnโt think Shikarie to be someone so skittish. It reminded the civilian of herself, after sheโd let her own Curse Mark run amuck. โIโm not hungry either, actually.โ Mina finally said, turning to the young girl that came to the Falls with her. โMiss Fumiko, please help yourself.โ
The young woman walked over to Shikarie and Inohachi, standing over the shoulder of the Nara. โItโsโฆ a lot to handle, isnโt it?โ She asked knowingly. Mina clasped a hand on the girl's shoulder, gently. โAre you sure youโre okay?โ

Master of Deception โ With genjutsu, realism and the sensory ability of the target factor heavily into the ability of the victim to realize they are in a genjutsu. The illusionist chooses [1] Sense of Specialization that will render a genjutsu cost [1] rank less if the casted genjutsu's primary sense is their specialization. Genjutsu that use the illusionist's Sense of Specialization as the primary sense become resistant to the sensory powers of sages and non-Infinite Perception discipline scholars. This resistance means that the genjutsu will go unnoticed from these abilities. Since the illusionist has become so adept in their Sense of Specialization they may always weave it into genjutsu as an Additional Sense unless it would bring the illusion's sensory control above the [5] limit. The illusionist may also always select any Additional Sense that is not their Sense of Specialization to add to a genjutsu as long as it does not exceed the cap of [5] manipulated senses.

Erudite Academic โ You compromise on excelling at one to be proficient in both sealing and sensory. The Academic's body is considered a scroll so seals can be used and stored on your direct body. Your body may be treated as three scrolls equal to their body rank. If you are double class and have a second discipline from this class then you may add the five slots to your mirrored amount of ninjutsu, using these techniques for ninjutsu, sealing and sensory. Fuuinjutsu and sensory skills do not require handseals and are one rank less in chakra cost (Following the one rank max reduction rules) All three of your actions can be used on fuuinjutsu and/or sensory for one post every three posts in combat. โฑโฐโฑ Inferno Mastery | The user gains four additional ninjutsu slots to be used specifically for katon techniques per body rank. Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. The user's fire techniques all cause an additional post of burning while adding an additional tier of burning/burns to fire based techniques.
โฑโฐโฑ Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally.

โฐ Double Fissure | Rank C | Training The user is able to perform a very fast 2-hit combination with any physical strikes from this style without consuming an additional activation. The second technique must be executed at or below the rank of the first.
โฐ Moving Fissure | Rank A | Training By using a quick twist of the hips, the user can change the momentum of a kick that has been executed in order to change it's direction completely. One with the Earth | Rank S+ | Cost: Chakra Caine melds into the ground, effectively becoming part of the Earth. Once he is in the ground he is able to control the area. This has been shown to be capable of terraforming an entire area. However, Caine uses this to defend or attack. Being able to produce spikes to attack, or create entire mountains to stop an attack based on what he needs. These attacks are based on how much chakra he puts into each attack ( effectively a basic combat style of ninjutsu bending, each attack requires a ranked amount of chakra to determine it's strength. Attacks used in this way are still considered spiritual ). If Caine runs out of chakra he is abruptly while in the ground he is ejected out, but is otherwise considered to be wholly merged with the earth, requiring an opponent to target the ground with a S+ rank attack if they wish to force him out. Each time this is done, Caine will need to spend an equal amount of chakra to remain in the ground. The main downside to this is that he cannot use any other techniques ( aside from his genjutsu ) while in the ground unless he at least partially emerges from it to cast.

Now that the action of the falls had appeared to have died down, Fumiko would be able to be more on ease at the given situation and divide most of her attention to her red haired patient who sure as hell wasn't fully recovered yet. With her concerns being pushed away, the best that she could do would be to move alongside the woman. This little medical genius wasn't going to let this woman just get herself even worse shape. She crossed her sleeves and side eyed Mina with the kind of look a shopkeeper gave to a picky customer who had been looking for too long now. "Doing okay still?" she asked Mina after watching Shikarie receive attention from another blonde haired woman. She produced some scraps of food that were called "snacks" though it looked more like some open bag of trail mix than a delicious piece of doughy sweetness. Nobody seemed like they'd be interested and Mina volunteered her to have. She accepted the snacks given to her and just chowed down on the grapes and cheese. Once finished, she'd flash a smile at her gifter. "Thanks. Pretty good. But I'd be super up for some ramen too!" Fumiko said, eyeing up Chosuke while wondering if she might be able to fill her stomach with a full meal. Then maybe shovel a couple of dango inside of her for good measure.

With all his aches and pains, the thought of passing out was a bit tempting. He had even allowed his eyes to close, embracing the dirt beneath him like the finest silken sheets. However, at the mentioning of the word snacks, Chosuke's eyes shot up as he quickly sat back up. "Snacks?! Oh wow! Way to think ahead, Inohachi!" he exclaimed. He then noticed that she also had also found the ingredients that they had originally come out to collect. "And you found the ingredients I needed? Ah man. You're the best." he added with the biggest of grins. He then began stuffing his face with the spread that Inohachi had put out, attacking the food like a wild animal.
tab Amidst all his munching and cruching, Chosuke almost didn't hear Shikarie when she offered him an apology. "Mm? Oh. Don't sweat it. I've had worse." he reassured her, taking a pause from his feast. At this point, he also heard the young shinobi that Mina had brought with her pipe up about wanting some ramen. "Oooo. Yeah. We should all get some ramen. And I know just the place." Hopping to his feet, Chosuke seemed fully revitalized from the food he had eaten. "Quickly, everyone, TO THE SNACK WAGON!" he shouted. He then took off in the direction of the village, fully expecting the others to follow him.

Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no activation for that specific instance of kai.

While watching Inohachi heal Chosuke, the Akamichi reassured the Nara that he held no hard feelings. Though she was happy he wasn't made she nearly killed him, she still felt awful. Mina had walked up to the the trio and stood over Shikarie's shoulder consolidating in her and making it sound like she knew how Shikarie felt. Shikarie looked over her should as Mina spoke and could tell she was talking to her directly. "Yeah." Her response was mumbled. The attention was brought back to Chosuke as he jumped up to his feet and declared "Quickly, everyone, TO THE SNACK WAGON!" Shikarie let out a small chuckled and stood back up to her feet. He was clearly okay. With that, she left with the group
The operative known as Zanka did not feature a mask alluding to another bird. Her mask was mimicking a bear. With a sigh of relief from a job done, the operative pulls away from her superior. โA good deal of the damage has been healed. Your burns will clear up naturally in a few weeks. The immediate tissue should be recovering much sooner than later. โ Sadayo did not reply. โYou have two broken ribs. Mending. The fractured rib will mend much sooner as well. The pain shouldnโt be as bad but you should avoid taking any more beatings like this. As for the internal damage. Your lungs and heart are fine. I identified internal bleeding on the liver which has been stopped. Iโve also identified a minor laceration Iโve been able to patch up.โ โ [2 post narrative]
For one being tied up in a few conversations at once, Sadayo could still make her stare seem attentive to Zankaโs delivery. The operative confirmed what Sadayo could feel and then some that only the trained eye could see. โYouโll heal up soon, Sadayo. Itโll be fine. Weโll make the preparations to move you elsewhere in a few minutes and let your parents know whatโs going on. Just rest for now.โ [1 post narrative]
She thought back to her own words still which were buzzing off and on from before. I were to fail. Then Iโd never know. Iโd never know so much. She wouldnโt know how much her darling child would grow, how much life and happiness mother and daughter could have together. But Sadayo survived. Somehow. These injuries were just minor setbacks and not lasting detriments. Besides the words of the operative Zanka, the sky Sadayo had her sights on was a comfort bringing light to her impassive, defeated stare. Losing her vision and hearing lately in battle were hindrances threatening lasting losses the common person might take for granted alike the fragility of oneโs form.Iโm alive. I did all that. I did all that all on my own.A refreshing, watery welling disturbed her vision and went with the blinking of her eyes. A sense of relief, awe, bottled sadness, and anger condensed in a little drop. [1 post narrative] Her focus on the official going-ons was beginning to wane on the visitors, far away, who were waiting for her response. So much was going on in this one moment she wanted for herself to breathe. Within the in-between moments where she was weaving tapestries of colliding information together Sadayoโs attention went astray for the moment she rallied her energy to intercept her view of the sky with her open palm. The little golden mark exposed on her bare left palm. A striking, unknown little symbol that made her think of how its mystery dramatically erupted into its place. [1 posts narrative]
On her brief trip to Zaishin a god looked at her. The locals she was speaking with then knew immediately some auspicious fortune fell on her shoulders. But why something otherworldly looked at her was the question. Why? What did the universe want with her? What did the universe want from her? The answer might have been right in front of her or rather completely out of reach. Sadayo pressed her opposing thumb over the little yellow mark in her left palm and held it here. Her motives didnโt sit with the various political factions rallying amongst themselves in Zaishin. Her motives didnโt lie with being โthe most powerful so-n-so out and aboutโ but recognition was a lasting weakness. Sadayo wanted to play out her part in providing protection and stability but her ability to do so without losing herself to the gritty world of combat and politics both stood in the limelight. She was raised to be a performing storyteller, an artist, and a mediator. Within her breathing mental, implied imagery illustrating herselves were arranged closely together. A Sadayo holding the hand of another Sadayo tightly and true even as they all were being pulled into opposing directions. [2 - 5 Meditation] [1 posts narrative]
Each Sadayo was a steadfast representation of various cornerstones reflecting her desires, motives, and unique tethers pulling on them in a fastened tug of war: Mediator locked in a bout against Killer, Vanity at odds with Humility, the outward performance to be a better influence, and her conditioned stoicism invited to hide everything. An eclectic hodgepodge of familiar pieces representing herself so long as she lives. Could she be a better person? Certainly, she thought. Could Sadayo outwardly become the vivacious, extrovert, unrestrained person the likes of which she fashioned into appearing in her psyche as a frustrating, incomplete being? In another breath Sadayo dismissed the images of herself. Shushing out words, images, heartache, and frustrations as the world just kept buzzing about without her attention. The images were her but none really offered a blatant clue. Maybe drifting to sleep was a better alternative? Why, the stench of burnt hair wasnโt all that striking anymore and fretting over her hair actually was far from her attention. Rest would be nice and without fickle thinking cluttering up her psyche it might have been easier to sleep than she could mind. Sleep probably wouldnโt tell her much, honestly. Sadayo could feel the grip on her thumb lessen but contact with the mark was unyielding. Each passing, sweeping breath she bred either brought her closer to some impression of peace or a tangible step-forward to passing out. A lifting feeling brewing in her chest didnโt feel like the first steps where she was ultimately depriving herself of oxygen. So far so good, yeah? Unlike anything the pulsating was jarring enough to rouse her eyes open and stir Sadayo. Her leveled breathing was traded for a gasp and one distressing urgency to feel out for her own heartbeat. Her attention narrows quickly on her open palm to slide her hand off the mark for her wrist. Her arm stood out behind a glow. Sadayoโs mundane world was different now. [1 posts narrative]
The world was as if dwelled before a glorious golden sunrise, heavy ethereal clouds, and the stars of the night sky hadnโt fully faded. For a few, fleeting moments Sadayo felt at awe. She took a breath, the sensation of life still seemed to be with her. โTo one whose unspoiled eyes were preserved.โ A grand voice boomed. โTo one whose eyes could not be punctured by darkness and have turned to golden skies.โ A terrifying sound that gained an equally terrifying source. A beast spirals into Sadayoโs focus from the clouds. It was the vision of a serpent she could barely register was the topic of a bygone conversation in the samurai stronghold. Brilliant gold colored scales building a massive, winding frame that made the simple puppeteer truly feel so small in tandem.[1 posts narrative]
Sadayo was speechless. Her breath quivering against the multitude of mindsets staggering to sway her: fear, awe, alarm. Was she dead? A dragon. A being of legend who imposing presence was probably overshadowed by Evergreen to the Fire's people. [1 posts narrative] The golden dragon could never be shaken from Sadayo's memory. Surely. His subordinateโs were treasures of literature, legend, art, and even present in flesh. It's booming voice calling again. "From the heart the universe was shaped. The very universe was made by the heart, and undone by the heart. Then the scene was over. Sadayo was stirred awake and the sky overhead was itself ordinary again. Another pooling tear on her eyelid was quickly brushed away much to the bitter reminder of the damage to her face as her bare palm scraped and stung her cheek and brow. She winced. Some half of her now wondering just what those cosmic winds in the sun-world had really touched her or what. Every moment in that glowing golden world felt so real. At any time after the training is completed, the user can then sacrifice a number of Ninjutsu slots to grant their Taijutsu abilities up to a certain rank a permanent elemental affinity. The element must be one the user has access to, and repeating the process with another element stacks the benefit. Two Ninjutsu slots may be given up to increase the highest rank of techniques affected by this; for Shinobi whose Ninjutsu count is split amongst different categories, as in the Ninjutsu Class, the slots lost affect all categories. After some time zipping through the Hidden Leaf, Hiroshi found himself outside of the village by half a mile. He decided to stop spending chakra as such and instead run up a tree and began leaping from tree to tree. โTo find a quiet place, to find a quiet place,โ he murmured to himself. He continued through the trees for a few minutes before he heard the sound of waterfalls. โSounds good enough,โ he said, changing his direction towards the waterfall.
Upon reaching his destination, Hiroshi stood in awe momentarily as he halted atop of the canopy of a tree. โIt's so beautiful, though the cause of it was destruction,โ he whispered to himself, remembering the history of the very place he stood. โIt's just as the books described. I wonder if there is anyone here, though it doesn't look like it, so I'll start training immediately. I don't have time to waste!โ he roared, leaping high and far into the air, falling towards one of the rivers. โWait a minute,โ his eyes widened as he came to realize how far up he was. โI don't know how to land on water! I mean, sure, I wasn't really focusing on heights when I was jumping from tree to tree, but that's different! I know how to climb on solid things, but -โ he immediately cut himself short when he realized that he was several feet above the water. (โNo time to panic. Focus. Focus the chakra on your feet. Focus...โ) he had told this to himself as he focused chakra into his feet and remembered his training when it came to walking on walls. As he hit the river, he landed softly, albeit still going through the water. He leaped up and took a deep breath before attempting to swim to the, though the power of the water had been dragging him quickly towards the edge.
(โI've got to get out of here fast!โ) he thought to himself, throwing one arm after the other in front of him, pushing himself with his feet. Hiroshi had been moving sideways more than he had been moving forward, which caused him to accelerate a bit. He could hear the edge of the waterfall grow near. A few feet away from the vegetation and plants that had been on the shoreline, Hiroshi successfully got out of the water by shooting chakra out of his feet through desperation to gain a few extra feet to finally reach land. โOh, man,โ he said, gasping for air as he turned on his back. Hiroshi sprawled himself out entirely for a few minutes to catch his breath. (โJeez, that was a close call,โ) he chuckled at the thought of his. He began recalling the events that happened several minutes ago that led up to his current situation. โIt would appear as though chakra can be used even under water, which means...โ his voice trailed off as he continued to catch his breath. (โ.. that it can be used damn near anywhere,โ) his thought finished off what his mouth could not.
After a some extended period of time, Hiroshi stood up and looked at the water gushing down towards the edge. โThat technique, the water-walking one, will be mastered today. Make no mistake of it. This is the perfect place to do it. I want to impress everyone and show them I am more than worthy of being a ninja!โ his voice was embellished in confidence as he walked towards the river-bound-waterfall. He was no more than a feet away from the water as he took his right foot, focused chakra into it and placed it on the surface of water ahead of him. It slowly sank the first time as he lifted his foot up, adjusted the chakra put into his foot and tried again. He focused solely on the sole of his right foot, as he did when he had learned to walk up walls, though tuned it slightly. After a few minutes of trying with his right, it finally remained firmly planted. โOne down, one to go,โ he said as he brought forth his left foot to stand by his right. It sunk immediately. โNot enough chakra, huh?โ he lifted his left foot and tried once more, keeping the same amount of chakra in his right sole and slowly, but surely, adding the same amount in his left foot. As he felt confident it was the right amount, he placed his left foot - and to his surprise, it worked. He had successfully been standing on water. โNow, would you look at that! Isn't that cool?โ Hiroshi exclaimed with excitement. He began walking ahead, slowly, still keeping the same amount of chakra in his feet as he walked forward. It was as if he was learning to walk for the first time all over again. โGood things comes to those who wait, not to those who wait to late,โ he sang as he began walking more naturally, until a few minutes later, he had began walking back and forth as he would on land. โWell, I'll be! I should be Hokage already!โ Hiroshi laughed loudly and began running up the stream. โLook at me go!โ He laughed as he jumped to the shoreline and pumped his fists in the air. โNow, a few more things to scratch off the list before I can head back to the village,โ he said, looking at the rocks and sticks around him, planning on what he should do next.

โThe hell'er you doin' out here, boy?โ Hiroshi quickly spun around to see a shinobi in Konoha's uniform standing several feet above him in a tree nearby. โThe more important question is what're you doin' here?โ Hiroshi spoke back to him in the same accent. โIs that how you talk to yer elders?โ the man said irritably as he suddenly appeared in front of Hiroshi. โAnswer ma question, boy,โ the man said again. He was wearing shades with the Konoha headband around his neck. He had what appeared to be a cigar in his mouth, unlit. He was quite tall with frazzled blonde hair with a full beard that appeared well-kept. โI'm practicing techniques. I would like to become a shinobi, but I cannot do that if I am sitting here being so weak that I cannot even master the basics. I came here to -โ the man held up his hand as to silence Hiroshi. โSigh... I've heard enough o'er sappy talk and I want you to get outta here as soon as possible, so I'll do what needs to be done, I suppose. Can't have anyone disturbin' my peace, now,โ he said as he put up a hand seal and turned into Hiroshi. โ(What the hell?)โ he thought to himself as he furrowed his eyebrows at the man-now-Hiroshi. โInteresting,โ he said calmly as he figured out instantly what happened. โThe Transformation Technique, eh?โ The man puffed back into himself as he nodded in response to Hiroshi's assertion. โYe got'er right, yung'n. Now it's yer turn. Focus yer chakra and continue using it. Imagine yer me and voila, mon ami,โ he burped as he finished his sentence. โRight, right. Let me try,โ Hiroshi said, fanning his nose due to the putrid smell of the burp of the shinobi in front of him. (โWhat a nasty imbecile. I need to get out of here quick, but after I learn everything from him - unfortunately.โ) Hiroshi sighed as he held up the hand seal he saw the shinobi do and focused his chakra while putting himself in the skin of the man who stood in front of him.

Hiroshi began emitting chakra throughout his body as he continued to mentally become the man in front of him. After a few seconds, the young boy was surrounded by a small dust poof, and instead of looking up at the man, he was seeing him at eye level. The man ahead of him smirked. โWell, I'll be. Looks like ya got somethin' goin' fer ya, young man,โ he said as he flashed him a thumbs up. โWell, it's only natural that a young'un like myself is such a genius, wouldn't cha say?โ Hiroshi responded, sounding exactly like the man. โGenius?โ the man laughed a little and then looked serious afterwards. โThassa stretch, boy. Ya ever heard of 'genjutsu'?โ the man didn't blink nor stop staring in the eyes of Hiroshi. โYa take me fer a fool. Every living thing hasta know 'bout genjutsu,โ Hiroshi said, sounding confident, though feeling anxious. โRelease yerself from that there jutsu ya just learned,โ the man said as Hiroshi stopped himself from constantly emitting chakra. โThat can be tiring,โ Hiroshi said, returning to his original self. โSince ya know about genjutsu, that means you must know how it works,โ the man said as Hiroshi looked at him. โWell, of course,โ the young boy said. โThen, if you are even an iota of the 'genius' you proclaim to be, get yourself out of this one,โ the man's voice became shrill, louder than usual, and domineering as it became nighttime in an instant with large creepy-crawlies, about the size of a suitcase, quickly making their way towards Hiroshi. The man that had once stood in front of him suddenly disappeared.
โLet's see what this 'genius' is made of,โ the man's familiar voice echoed loudly, coming from every direction. Albeit quite dark, the large insects were visible to Hiroshi nonetheless. โC-crap...โ the boy said as his heart began pumping quickly. (โWhat do I do here? This might be a genjutsu - no, it definitely is a genjutsu!โ) Hiroshi thought to himself as the insects relentlessly advanced. He froze in shock and fear as his mind went blank for a few moments until a screech from an insect caused him to snap back to reality. โI-if this is a genjutsu, then this must mean something must be done!โ he raised his voice loudly, though stammering over his words, and put up a hand seal as he focused on the chakra in his body, realizing it had been unsettled. Hiroshi, realizing that he had no known technique to stop it, flooded his chakra network with all chakra he could muster, blocking the flow of transmission. Before he realized it, night had become day in an instant and the man who had suddenly disappeared reappeared in front of him once again, standing with his hands in his pockets as his cigar was suddenly lit.
Hiroshi fell on his bottom and began panting as he did not realize he had exerted a large amount of chakra. โWell, I declare, young'un. My original inquiry ain't too farfetched, I suppose,โ he chuckled throughout his sentence. โH-how did you know I was afraid of bugs?โ Hiroshi said tiredly. โI ain't had a clue, but my genjutsu sure did!โ The man laughed. โTake yerself a rest, kid. I've got one more to show ya before I boot you from this here space 'o mine,โ he said to Hiroshi as he rested on a boulder nearby. Hiroshi wanted to respond to the man, but instead, he laid on his back until he had mustered up enough energy to continue with the training.
