Yet, the puppet wasn’t the main course of action she’d reply to the intruders with. Finally, the sound of a muffled snap popped from her gloved hand while she raised and lowered it. A distracted Masato might just end up being a reckless one.
She announces only one command to those who were her allies, “ I want the one with the bat alive.” Any other prisoners would be lucky. Her sights beginning to fixate upon her foolhardy target while flexing the by-product of rigorous practice. A single hand forming awkward halves of whole hand seals was concocting a disturbance in the water. As her allies were certain to acting on their own accord now, the water beneath the bat carrying goon’s feet was quickly beginning to swallow up overtaking his ankles, knees, and churn into a curling mass to crash over his shoulders [▰ Devil’s Domain Water Torture [Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon ] | Rank B].
The watery prison wasn’t where her power ended. Before she could fling Nirami into the fray to safely collect the prisoner, the puppeteer exerts enough energy to excite an electric shock. Chakra strings fly from their fingers and form an intricate web along the ground within a thirty foot radius. Any target connected to the ground and within range can then have their feet and legs bound by this technique, thus stopping them from movement. The user can either keep the wires attached to the ground or separate their hand from the ground and tether the opponent's feet with their grip. If caught by this technique then it cost a C-ranked amount of chakra to break out of through the use of the kai technique.

The user utilizes a water-based technique and after forming a hand sign, the user then mixes the technique with their lightning element with chakra equal to the rank of the technique it is used with. This requires no activation. The user's suiton technique is augmented with paralytic abilities equal to it's tier of usage and effects a target's entire body.
▱▰▱Kenshin felt the demonic chakra transfer into his body. He felt the surge of energy enter his body and immediately exhaust him. It was roughly equal to the potency of his own reserves but taken in all at once. Once he managed to catch his breath he planned to meditate and begin his work mastering and purifying the demon immediately but he was interrupted. "And I'm fine too." Kenshin would say to Sadayo when she asked the rogue how he was feeling but not him after the demon transfer. He sharpened his eyes on her and scowled after his slightly biting remark. When they were approached by the group of thugs Kenshin was immediately curious as to how they found their location or even knew what they were doing. He felt awkward when he was called handsome by the leader of the rabble. "That's...not going to happen." He was too physically tired as well as stuck in his own head with the number of tasks that he needed to complete to offer a witty retort. Kenshin watched the hokage immediately jump into action to protect him which set her on the road to ingratiate herself with him again in short order. He extended his hand outward to immediately manifest the rapier form of Getsuruito as a night blue spirit sword in his right hand. I'm too exhausted to use the chidori and the lightning breath. Better not push it or the demon will get loose again. Kenshin analyzed the situation briefly before he adjusted his cape over his shoulder. He could feel a burning sensation in his shoulder from where Gyuki was sealed. His tenseigan focused on the enemies as he activated Getsuruito's innate power. The foil would act as an extension of his hand once it was awakened. The sentinel would run toward the group with incredible speed before stopping to attack two of the Jashinists in quick succession. Thirty-two jabs of the sword would aim to puncture the tenketsu of the first cultist before he aimed to perform the same technique on the other target. Each thrust of the rapier was precise and blindingly quick even with only a fraction of Kenshin's skill applied in his weakened post-bijuu-sealing state. The electricity from the blade also forms bolts of lightning over the body of the user and appears to supercharge them. Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. The bolts cause a thunderously deafening sonic boom and can inflict tier 2 burns upon direct contact with the lightning. Draconic Sabre of Moon Sundering [ Getsu Sandaringu no Dorakonikku Seibā ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Complex This is the original ability of the ancient Getsuruito blade and thus requires the original katana form. 5 chakra can be spent to transform the blade to its original form upon activation of this technique. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. This same cost can be applied to any complex bukijutsu to achieve the same effect. The original 10 post activation of this ability consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities do not.

"Alive eh?" The scene at the falls had become quickly chaotic when the random cadre of men appeared, seemingly out of nowhere, to stake a claim on the man and his demon. To even see a bijuu was a rare sight, but to witness the sealing of one into a new jinchuriki was something outright fantastical. The red-head who watched from his perch in the trees above had limited knowledge on such things, but from what he could tell -- let alone remember from any scant reading he had done on the subject -- gathering the combined chakra of a bijuu to remerge it into a full form before stowing it away inside of a person was likely not part of the ritual; it seemed just as convoluted as the thoughts regarding the action as well.
Alex had been patrolling the falls before this entire operation went down. A routine mission to the edges of the village, nothing major, and supposedly uneventful. How wrong that poor konin was who assigned this mission to him. They were missing all the fun while they were likely doing paperwork somewhere in the middle of the village. A quiet stroll through the forest was suddenly turned into a chase with a few plot-twisting endings and now the Hokage was even here to settle business with the group of ill-intentioned street thugs. It was almost enough to bring laughter to the man's face, but all that was granted to the situation had been a very wide grin from within the leaves. "Well, I can't expect Lady Hokage to go in this alone can I? I suppose my duty as a shinobi of the Leaf prevents me from standing idle."
The fight broke out quickly with the puppeteer snaring a good number of men in the water surrounding them while she focused her next few attacks on the supposed leader of the small army. Alex counted close to sixty individuals and hoped that he was able to snag at least one away from the high-ranking shinobi entering the fray here. Some might have considered it foolish for a genin to throw himself into a battle like this...but Alex was not one to shy away from a conflict. Before the man could hit the ground and join the others, the new jinchuriki was already ripping turning some poor man into a pincushion. Alex took the opportunity to strike when the major players began their assault, raising his hand into the air as he approached the battle. The sleeves of his jacket unraveled to create a whip-like weapon made of blood and iron sand which started to spin rapidly above the smiling red-head [Ja Ryu Style - Alluring Viper || Rank X {E} ]. Coming in from the left flank, the Jiton user flung his hand forward releasing the material of his jacket towards one of the thugs who opposed them, the snakelike whip racing towards its victim [Ja Ryu Style - Viper Strike | Rank X {D} ]. This was immediately followed by a flicking motion to draw the whip backward with the intent to slash his opponent's face [Ja Ryu Style - Fanged Attack || Rank X {C} ].
A benefit to manipulating his iron sand in such a manner was that both of Alex's hands were free to perform the hand signs necessary for a third attack in rapid succession against the poor man before him. Once the hand signs were completed, a crimson mist escaped the sand user's hands and gathered around him to form the shape of several small hummingbirds [Raiton - Swarm of Hummingbirds [ Hachidori no Mure ] || Rank C (Blood Magic - Electromagnetism) ]. All four of the bloody birds raced toward their target with a deafening screech.

1st Activation: Viper Strike - 10 Stamina || The user strikes out with their weapon, striking at a target. If this technique encounters a weapon during it's use, the weapon is shattered or broken beyond repair for the duration of the fight.
2nd Activation: Fanged Attack - 20 Stamina || The user lashes their weapon out, drawing it back quickly as they snap the whip on their target's flesh. If unblocked or evaded, the whip is able to shred flesh it contacts, causing painful wounds. This attack drains the target of it's rank in stamina from their reserves.
3rd Activation: Swarm of Hummingbirds - 20 Blood || The user forms the required hand signs, causing a litany of sparks to manifest behind them that quickly turn into four hummingbirds composed of lightning chakra. These hummingbirds advance on their target or targets as they release a high-pitched humming noise that deafens those who are within five feet of the lightning birds. When directly impacted, these birds cause tier two paralysis on the affected limb.
No Activation Cost Techniques:
--Alluring Viper - 5 Stamina: The user swings their whip overhead in a helicopter fashion. The whip becomes nothing more than a blur as the user prepares for another whip attack. This technique gives a [1] point increase in speed for the next whip attack [Viper Strike] while decreasing strength. This requires no activation when used with a whip technique.
--Iron Sand Manipulation: Iron sand can be freely sculpted into weaponry or defenses using chakra without a specific technique. --Magnet Release: Magnetizing Technique: This jutsu allows the user to magnetize an object or individual they touch (physically and with melee weapon apply) and if another object comes in contact with an object it too is magnetized but weaker. For magnetizing people on contact, these costs are equivalent to their body rank. While magnetized, an object can be used as a homing beacon for techniques from the bloodline, requiring they be defended against instead of dodged. --Blood Magic [Used with Swarm of Hummingbirds]: The user's ninjutsu are able to be converted into blood that assumes the same size and shape as the ninjutsu used to create it. If the ninjutsu had an effect such as burning, burns, paralysis, etc, that effect is still in effect as the blood acts in a similar fashion to the original technique. After being cast, this blood remains active upon the battlefield. In addition, the sight of blood in such masses causes tiered mental stress based on technique rank for three posts unless kai is used.
--Electromagnetism [Used with Swarm of Hummingbirds]: For an additional 10 chakra, all Raiton techniques can magnetize the target individual(s) or object(s) on direct contact and apply T1 burns from E-B Rank. Using this method also allows Raiton techniques to turn the magnetic field created by the Magnetic Manipulation technique into an electromagnetic (EM) field. The result of this is that the Raiton technique can instantly travel over the area of the EM field while being manipulated by the user around allies. Doing this does not consume a combat action.
Masato's ByakuSharingan that had been carefully surveying the area as each of the clones kept tight security. While they hadn't anticipated it, the men who seemed to move like water from beneath the earth weren't unnoticed. When the one with a bat made his snide comment about snatching the demon, Masato would respond in unison to Sadayo's assault on the man with his own comment. " But what will you do about the other one? Heh." clearly reffering to finding a demon and host.
With his parting comment to the man who was being paired off against the Hokage, all three of the Jinchuriki clones would clap a closed fist against an open palm before them. " Big mistake, ya zealots! " Masato number three, who was at the furthest edge of the collective of Jashinists would form a hand sign then extend both arms outward with open palms as a powerful wave of chakra would target all persons who were in the fray Jashinist and pull them safely from the oncoming attack as though they were dragged forcibly by an unseen force. Just as this action was completed and his allies were moved to safety on the opposite side of the previously crafted Rashamon gates and after their own attacks, the third clone would poof in an instant, having fulfilled his role.
Of the two remaining Masato figures, only one would be in place as he was forming hand signs needed for whatever convoluted plan he had. The second Masato would be seen moving like a freight train through the Jashinists remaining, forming hand signs in quick succession until reaching the center of the group. Upon his screeching halt, his hands thrust into the ground as six jettisons of flame would expand out along the ground in each direction, spreading eighty feet each. With fury, the flames were manipulated by the Uchiha as his hands formed an additional sign, using his wind chakra to rotate and mold the wind into a two hundred foot tornado that roared with ferocity and incinerated all within it's range. As though his initial attack weren't enough to subdue the Jashinists, the Masato that had remained behind, forming his hand signs would set his plan into motion. A giant bronze molten dragon would rise from the earth, towering one hundred feet as it seemed to watch closely from the edge of the flaming tornado, awaiting anyone who might come out of it's radius with a molten breath attack which it displayed, melting the earth below it's thirty foot span.
With the combined blows of all the flames Masato produced, the Rashamon gates he'd formed earlier would serve the intended purpose, to protect the group from his own attacks should they be outnumbered. Each of the three gates that shared the damage produced would crumble away, vanishing just as the last shadow clone of Masato poofed away.
From within the center of the blaze, Masato stood at the ready for any who survived his vortex to come at him. He was certain that this group would have difficulty escaping the eighty foot base of the tornado and wouldn't be able to easily escape it's two hundred foot height...if they did, measures were in place to push them back within. Now, inside the blazing arena he would begin utilizing the taijutsu he'd honed for years upon years.

This dragon remains active for three posts, spewing it's molten earth once per post. Scorching pain ravaged both Byakko's body and soul. The demon, although willing and cooperative, was still a part of both bodies. Having their essences be stripped from their host was like peeling off one's flesh and then stabling it back to the body. When the seething pain faded and he still found himself conscious, he saw that Byakko the tiger passed out from the pain. The human felt his vision blur and felt all of his muscles ache. However, despite this, he found himself still standing. A loud chuckle escaped his lips as he realized that he somehow survived it. A smiling face was almost met with a new cigarette when Byakko's arm froze in place.
Actually, it was petrified in place.
The smiling ceased. Byakko realized too late what trap he walked willingly into. Without the demon separating his chakra from the source, he was once again a tool of Evergreen. His chakra was born of hers, as he was remade from his previous form to be her vessel. Now that he was back to who he once was, there were no safeguards which kept her from extracting her revenge. It was poetic justice; Evergreen traded off her hatred for Jashin in order to have her vengeance on the one who killed him. He wondered if Masato, her own child, would suffer a similar fate if he were to ever lose his demon.
Then the cultist came. Sadayo called her soldiers, and others started to fight. The demon's sealing seemed to delay Kenshin's ability to respond, and Masato bravado caused severe devastation. As the damages ravaged the land, he felt the petrification of Evergreen temporarily ceased. 'Must need to focus her strength on keeping the forest in tact'. He thought before he moved. With his still nimble arm he picked up the tiger, who was also showing signs of petrification on his paws. The man then disappeared into a body flicker as they had to make it to the hospital before their bodies were completely lost.

“Come on, slowpokes!” Kiku ran head first into the falls. Her, Momotaro, and Nimure had seen glimpses of shady figures heading towards the falls. But upon trying to follow them, the massive mob had suddenly disappeared. Never one to not investigate, Kiku had forced the two Genin to follow her. “We’re gonna lose them!” The kunoichi was wondering what such a massive group of people were doing going to the falls and, as she entered, was met with an even more jaw dropping sight.
A two hundred foot tall tornado of flame spiraled before her within her field of vision, forcing her and Momotaro to come to a complete stop. She wasn’t sure if it was good or bad or… what. But it was enough to make her mind go empty. Momotaro finally skid to a halt next to her, also staring up at the flames. “Do… do you think it’s on our side?” He asked.
A masked woman, not one of Sadayo's typical spooks, slipped like a shadow around the edge of the fight - the light occasionally darting through an opening in Takijinsei's combination of trees and ruins to catch on the edges of an intricately carved, round mask emblazoned with the village's symbol. Oinin were not nearly as common in Sadayo's Leaf as the villages veritable zoo of armed and armored police. Considering the state of the world they were significantly less valuable than they had been in the past. This one was hunting though, at least for now, circling to the back ranks of the enemy even as the demon fox devoured the Jashinist's forces. She didn't need the leader, just one knowledgeable sub commander caught out by the fireworks show, and the village would have all the info it needed to respond to whatever the hell this was. And she'd have all the opportunity she needed to kill more shinobi.

I ran toward the man who was next to the white tiger. I was bound by my Hippocratic oath as a medical shinobi to help the man out. Petrification was a serious condition based on my studies. I formed a handseal before I placed healing hands on his skin. My hands glowed green and would soothe the petrified skin as best as I could despite my lack of extensive field experience.

tab This was not how Moriyama had expected his day to go. What had started as a day of routine had somehow turn into a wild chase through Konoha that had now led them all the way to Takijinsei Falls. And who else was leading the charge but the princess herself, Kiku. It seemed she was always dragging him on some crazy adventure along, usually with both Nimure and Momotaro in tow. Granted, he enjoyed the excitement of the adventure but having Kiku as the lead could make things difficult. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that Nimure was backing up her claims of some shady group operating within the village, he might not have believed her, thinking it was just some excuse to drag them out to the market only to have them carrying bags for her.
tab In hindsight, Moriyama would have definitely kicked himself if he hadn't come along, because upon arrival, he and the others bore witness to something truly incredible. "Woah." he said in a low voice as he gazed upon the massive tornado of fire the raged before them. "I sure hope so, man. Otherwise, I'm gonna need a bigger sword." Moriyama responded to Momotaro's question. However, while the rest of the group seemed content to look on in awe, it seemed Nimure was unfazed, proceeding ahead. "Nimure! Wait up!" Moriyama called out, taking off after his friend so ensure he had backup.
tab Following Nimure, Moriyama watched as his friend tended to the man's affliction. "Ah man. That looks rough." he said, perhaps not the most comforting thing to say in the midst of a battle. Though, in Moriyama's defense, this was the first time he'd ever found himself on a battlefield of this scale, so hopefully others would cut him some slack. "Hang on, doc. I'll give you some cover while you work" Moriyama said as he pulled off his shirt. Focusing some of his chakra into the article of clothing, he tossed it up into the air and in a puff of smoke, it was replaced by an iron dome that would surround himself, Nimure, the man he was attending to and anyone else in the immediate vicinity {1}. It wasn't the strongest barrier but hopefully it would hold while Nimure finished tending to the man's wounds. If it wasn't though, Moriyama would need to be ready to defend them by other means. With this in mind, he placed his hand on the center of his chest and with a burst of chakra, seemingly pulled a large broadsword out from within his body {2}.

I won't let 'em get to ya." he called back over his shoulder while his eyes remained fixated on where the battle continued to rage. Just what had this group of rookies gotten themselves into?

The water from the Hokage wrapped itself around the man with the bat, who looked almost bored. “Part of me is disappointed; I wanted ya to surrender so I could kill ya without effort.” As the water began to conduct its massive amounts of electricity, the body within began to fry. The smell of charred flesh filled the air in the moments after. The body itself became almost unrecognizable. But only almost, and enough to tell it was no longer the man with the bat. “See, I’m a very lazy man.” A voice continued from behind Sadayo. “I don’t like to put more effort out than I need to.” His lips turned into a smirk as he snapped his fingers, summoning more bodies to the battlefield. “But the will of Jashin brings us here, so effort I must exert. I’d tell you it’d be painless, but I don’t like to lie.”The man’s bat began to glow a bright red as he brought it back. He swung it at Sadayo as hard as he could, flames jetting from the back to increase its explosive power. [Burning Star S Complex, S+ Potency, Explosion A Rank-Meteor Crusher, Ignition Release]
After the swing, the man would form his own one handed seals. The earth around him and the Hokage would began to shake as rock rose, drawing the life from the vegetation around them as it created an arena. [Iron Fist Prison-Doton]
As Kenshin struck down two of the members of the cult their bodies fell back to the ground. Not truly dead, but unable to fight at the current time. However, there wouldn’t be much time after that then a counter offensive would be thrown the Sage’s way. [Crypt Keeper, Rank S Complex SSA] Ripping through the land like a saw, a scythe whirled its way towards the man. If hit or not, the scythe would wheel up and into the air behind him, where a woman would appear to grab it by the handle. She would come crashing back down, swinging her scythe with enough force to create razor sharp gusts of wind that would cut Kenshin even if he blocked. “Hehe, he said ‘duty.” One cultist laughed at Alex’s remark, snickering behind his empty hand. In doing so, he didn’t notice his one handed scythe be hit and destroyed with the whip. “Hey! That’s not nice!” He whined, then he sighed. “Oh well.” The man summoned yet another scythe in a cloud of smoke. He made a single handsign as the wind around him started to billow violently. “I was due for an upgrade!” Four tornadoes formed around the cultist as Alex went for his attack, the winds strong enough to send each technique away easily. [Tornado Barrage, B Rank Spiritual Fuuton] The man smirked, bloodlust evident in his eyes, as he made a swing with his scythe, citing off a blast of chakra that could cut Alex on its way to him and on it’s way back. Facing Masato inside the tornado of flame was still a good dozen Jashinists. While they knew the power they were facing, they refused to back down in the name of Jashin. The bronze dragon spewed its flames, igniting one of the closest cultists too slow to move. While he screamed in pain, he rushed toward the Kyubi host as his ignited body seemed to split apart. Burning sheets of paper surrounded Masato as the man’s body disappeared entirely. “For Jashin!” He yelled, before all of the paper tags exploded in unison. [Binding Chains, Rank A Simple] With a single handseal, chakra molded the water of the falls to spin around her, before the torrent of water morphed into the form of a dragon and launched at Nimure. [Water Dragon Jutsu, Rank B Suiton] Without looking at Moriyama, the woman spun her arms in circular motions at rapid speeds before launching a tornado at the swordboy. Coda would find herself face to face with a single cultist. The one was silent as it’s flat white eyes produced veins around the edges, the signature tell of the Byakugan. During this swing, should the weapon encounter any mass, it's speed stat is transferred into a strength stat, allowing the user to smash through the target. If unblocked, the user's chakra like thrusters upon the back of the hammer allow the user to dash forward thirty feet with the target glued to the hammer before smacking them into the earth with the full force of their attack.
▰ Explosion [ Bakuha ] | Rank A | Spiritual | Supplementary The user channels their chakra to the surface of their hands, feet, elbows or knees. This chakra becomes super heated and explosive, staying dormant in the desired body part until physical contact is made. This explosion expands 10 feet outward per rank of the technique, throwing those in it's range to it's furthest limits with concussive force, causing tiered burns and trauma. This is often used to augment the user's bukijutsu or basic combat attacks to grant them additional force.
▰ Iron Fist Prison [ Tekkenrou ] | Rank A The user forms a string of required hand signs as a fifty foot center becomes barren, killing all plant life with chakra equal or lesser to it's own within it. From the radius of this circular area rise walls that stand thirty feet tall to form an arena. Melee combat within the arena is given the overwhelming property, if already obtained, the melee techniques are treated as one rank higher in potency and disregard the overwhelming trait.

The blade can be brought up to roll through the surface, and be used to slash at above-ground/water enemies, but the scythe can never completely leave the ground/water or it will not be able to re-dive. The user’s control over the scythe extends 10 feet per rank of the technique and lasts an additional post per rank executed.
▰ Blood Offering | Rank B | Simple A mighty blow with the scythe that when blocked, creates a strong current of wind capable of cutting a target beyond their defense if the technique has a line of sight with the target within fifteen feet. The dragon can perform basic combat biting techniques with an equivalent chakra cost paid by the caster. A D-Rank amount of chakra is used per post in upkeep if the dragon is sustained. Up to three additional suiton techniques can be cast through the dragon as its "breath" for one rank less in cost.

▰ Tornado Barrage [ Tatsumaki Rendan ] | Rank B An unusual jutsu as it does nothing the activation it is summoned, but still consumes an attack activation. Once performed the user will use that activation to use their fuuton chakra to cause four large tornados to touch down onto the ground. Each of these four tornados, despite only having a B ranked amount of chakra for their creation, are all B ranked in strength. Once all four tornados are created the user may use one of their activations to direct them. Regardless of the number of attack activations no more than two of these creations can assault a single target at any given time.
▰ Executioner's Wave | Rank D | Complex (Boosted to C) The user swings their scythe to release a cresent-shaped line of chakra that cuts with the same strength as the weapon itself. Once the wave cuts an opponent it recedes back to the point of its origin, where it was first fired. If the user is still there they may reclaim the chakra that was lost in the use of this technique by catching the wave with the hook of their scythe. If a target was cut from this technique then their blood will be carried back by the wave and can be transferred onto the scythe itself once the wave has been caught. The wave can extend out to fifteen feet from the user, and it cuts with the same efficiency coming back to its point of origin as when it was cast out, giving the technique something of a boomerang effect.

The paper is revealed to be almost entirely explosive tags, almost 10 thousand, and all detonate simultaneously. The Explosive Nature of this ability can destroy an entire thread. This technique counts as three S+ ranked attacks and drains equal amount of chakra. This technique can only be used once per fight.
▰ C2 | Rank A The user creates a large flying creature, usually a dragon, but this animated clay creation's design is limited only to the artist's imagination. The dragon can spit out smaller clay figures that attack the opponent like guided missiles. These independent missile-like creatures take the form of a greatly reduced version of the larger dragon that created them, however, despite this decrease in size they are still relatively larger than a normal person. Each is capable of tracking their intended target and producing a significant explosion proportional to size upon contact but as they emerge, they consume a substantial amount of clay from the original dragon, initially extracting it from the creature's tail. This ultimately limits the number that each C2 "Dragon" is capable of creating, before clay must be sacrificed from more vital areas, such as the body or wings. Takes two activations to be created, but the dragon immediately comes to life and is useable. Material detracted for the use of missiles is limited to 10 total, before the creation is no more. Use of the Exploding Landmine jutsu detracts 1 from the total, as do dragonic creations. The missiles track a target at A ranked speed, and also consume one from the total. As with the landmines, these projectiles themselves are capable of being set off for one activation and will otherwise simply act as homing bombs. Creating and firing missiles from the dragon's body does not consume an action. Individual missiles are B-Rank in power and are capable of creating fifty foot explosions causing tier four trauma and burns. The dragon itself is capable of four times that area if detonated and removes all effects of enemy techniques that treat techniques as a rank higher.

This technique can also be used to propel a user away from an attack twenty feet. This technique for the sake of collisions is treated as a wind ninjutsu, and shares the same elemental strength and weaknesses as wind ninjutsu. Applies first-tier vertigo at E-C rank and second-tier at B-S+ rank.

That arm comes up and points two fingers like a snake poised to strike while the other is bent at the elbow with two fingers pointed forward. Attacks launched from this stance have a [1] point boost to speed per rank for the post it is active, and requires half the cost be paid to maintain it.
▰ Eight Trigrams: Thirty-Two Palms [ Hakke Sanjūni Shō ] | Rank C | Complex 9Boosted to A Damage, S Speed) The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Once someone is within range of her field of divination, The user assumes their Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver her attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two • Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four • Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight • Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen • Fifth, and then another sixteen consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of thirty two. If the first two strikes connect, then the entire combination will continue unabated. In addition, this skill locks a target out of using skills requiring chakra for a post, up to C rank. It also destroys a C-Rank amount of chakra from them multiplied to the appropriate value (ex. 1.25x).
▰ Severing Tendon | Rank S | Simple The user delivers a deliberate jabbing strike at the target, aiming for a specific muscle or muscle group. By striking the muscle or group, the user damages it in a way that prevents it's use for one post per rank of the technique.

The user forms the required hand signs, ending the string of signs by stomping their foot. The earth opens up a fifty foot drop that is immediately ignited by intense flames that rise thirty feet above the crevice, causing tier four burning to those caught within it. If the target falls into the crevice, the user may form an additional hand sign and pay an additional C Ranked amount of chakra to slam the earth shut with the target ablaze.
▰ Earth and Stone Dragon [ Dosekiryuu ] | Rank A An advanced variant of the Earth Dragon Projectile. The shinobi performs the necessary hand seals which forms an oriental styled dragon composed of mud from the ground. This dragon measures fifty feet in length. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum and will knock back a target forty feet on impact, it's hardened body shattering bones and causing hemorrhaging, requiring medical treatment within four posts if unblocked. The dragon can perform basic combat biting techniques with an equivalent chakra cost paid by the caster. An upkeep cost of twenty chakra is used per post in upkeep if the dragon is sustained. Up to three additional doton techniques can be cast through the dragon as its "breath" for one rank less in cost while the dragon is treated as a shadow clone for it's activations. This dragon can endure S Ranked techniques without being destroyed.

The ground around Kiku dissolved into gold dust with a static surge of golden electricity. With her chakra, the princess was able to control her dust to coat herself to shield her body from the chain. [Iron Shield, Rank C] The metal wrapped harmlessy around the shield, which allowed Kiku the freedom to jump away. Performing a flip, Kiku unraveled a scroll that summoned her puppets: Royal Soldier, Royal Archer, and Queen’s Castle. By the time she landed, Royal Soldier rushed towards the female cultist, swinging it’s sword at her! [Basic Combat Slash, B Rank] Royal Archer would move with Soldier for a few feet before becoming invisible. However, Queen’s Castle would hover by Kiku as she watched the woman with a nervous, yet focused expression. She was fast, so the best thing would be to try and react as best she could. [Camouflage, B Rank]
Kiku threw her arms out, releasing a string of wires from her sleeves to cover the battlefield in razor sharp wires to tie the Jashinist up. [Hostage of Ten Steel Wires, B Rank]
With her target immobilized, Kiku flung her other arm out. Tossing two shuriken in a single movement, the projectiles would arc to either side of the cultist. She would have more to contend with, however. By this time Momotaro had finally recovered from the swift kick and had rushed down the Jashinist, slicing into her with a durable bone sword.

▰ Mirror Throwing | Rank B | Simple [S Strength, S+ Speed] The user will begin by placing two of their projectiles between their fingers, then wave their hand outward, releasing their grip on both. These weapons are released at the same time but create a wide curve as they travel on opposite sides of a target, meeting on the target's right and left side to create a pincer. The Chunin skidded to a stop as a target revealed itself, strands of green slipping over the mask momentarily. A Hyuga, what a shame. All the sneaky tactics for nothing. Not that she was really trying to blend in at the moment. Coda wasn't overly familiar with the clan. Somewhere in the past their links to Konoha became more tenuous, and she'd run into few that'd made the migration to Uzushiogakure when she arrived there. She knew they preferred Taijutsu and the basic function of their eyes, beyond that they were a mystery. Her first taste of their fighting style was this one settling down into his stance, an act that set the woman's head lolling curiously to one side. "No one likes men who can't keep their hands to themselves, you know." Cere the character was a bit more... aggressive than Coda, nearly black hands slipping out dramatically from long sleeves as she settled into her own stance.
Of course, she could just mimic Masato and start turning Takijinsei into a smoldering crater, but that wasn't Cere's style. She played with her food a little more, and this one was very obviously food. Every bit of cruelty inherent in the woman's fundamentally retributive nature was amplified, and reveled in, by the death loving embodiment of her conflicting self image. The Hyuga proved himself eager to meet it too, rushing ahead without a word. To be honest, Coda wanted to drag this out a little bit as well, it'd make for a bit more information in the event that she actually came up against one of these lot that wasn't following a bunch of rabble around like sad puppy. She was curious to see how the famed clan performed in actual combat, even if it wasn't likely to be particularly spectacular. Plus she had the tools to really poke and prod at their capabilities. The opening salvo wasn't exactly the Hyuga's premier technique, so it'd probably sting a little bit less as its two root strikes whiffed through an afterimage, though it wasn't anything to sneeze at. Hazel eyes got a nice close look at the clan's prized possessions through the slits in the mask as she pondered what the next move might be. The opening salvo was extremely close range. Even most taijutsu specialists Coda had sparred with over the years tended to test the waters a bit more than this. Another close range follow up, maybe? She got her answer as the Hyuga's eyes did him no favors with their ability to keep up. One of those black hands darted across her body to intercept the incoming strike. She didn't even need a solid hit for things to get fun, but if he actually managed to get grabbed this one would get a trio of nasty little surprises - Coda's skin burning his on contact, a little hint of stunning petrification slowing him down, and the choice between losing his arm or losing his life.

Casting Shadow Clones in this manner does not consume an activation. ------- The user has learned to control their chakra in a fine manner which allows them to create an additional mirror image per rank of the technique it is executed with. These additional images do not increase the strength of the parent technique.
The fast consuming flames of his tornado seemed to be more than enough to capture a vast number of the unholy zealots. With his ever vigilant vision, the colors of chakra forming and shifting within the area continued to be monitored. " Just a dozen huh? Seems you're either more nimble than expected or I'm out of shape. Heh." He said as one of the men within the blazing tornado would have a notable shift in his chakra, swelling up as he dissipated into paper that surrounded the Uchiha. Each sheet primed with massive amounts of chakra. As the light of the chakra ebbing and flowing within each paper grew brighter after latching to his body, Masato would widen his stance as chakra flowed from each of his tenketsu points within his body. In one fierce rotation of his own body, the chakra he'd emitted would whirl around him like a dome as the sheets of paper were forcibly pushed from his body and detonated in the space between the rotation technique's barrier and the tornado's flames, the man's voice echoing his cries for Jashin as he would perish while damaging or killing his own comrades. He lingered for but an instant, small smoldering streams of smoke from the detonations that hadn't been entirely pushed off, leaving very little proof they'd ever touched him.
The cherry blossom pattern of the Eternal Mangekyo of Masato fixated on the next collection of chakra that had begun gathering in this time. Another cultist who seemed to have molded some of their chakra into a clay substance. Utilizing the principal of his Amaterasu flames, Masato's eyes projected chakra into the clay abomination as the cultist attempted to give it life, his own chakra overwhelming and negating the clay dragon's birth. In the moment that the cultist would realize his failure, the prowess of Masato's Taijutsu would be displayed. He would the distance in the blink of an eye, two knife hands being formed and implanted into the chest of the man, fingertips imbedded several inches into the chest. Unguarded, the man's back would begin to bubble up with bloodied blisters as his flesh seemed to disfigure and swell, his shirt stretching taught before the blisters would explode behind him, shredding the shift and leaving the remnants of the violent assault spattered on the earth along the path his body was thrown with such force from the attack that he would fly through the flaming tornado and land nearly one hundred feet from it.
With the action's success, Masato would spin to face the remaining foes, if there were any. " Well? " he said, projecting his disappointment in his voice towards the poor skill he'd seen thus far. In the meantime, the bronze dragon would continue to expel molten lava from outside the tornado's perimeter, aiming to down several more of the minions of Jashin.

It is also a defensive maneuver to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. After releasing chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This technique is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot spin, the user becomes vulnerable. It should be noted that certain attacks can pierce through this shield. (If they are one [1] or more ranks above the chakra used to generate the spin.) If you cannot learn a certain rank of technique, you cannot create shields equal to that amount. ( A D rank genin cannot learn A ranked bloodline jutsu, so he cannot create A rank shields. The dragon's head spews molten earth at the area around them, degrading items as though they were stricken three times over. In addition, those hit by the thirty foot blast of molten earth are ignited, causing burning and burn damage tier two.
