Kogarashi institute is a building that was renovated by a group of shinobi known as Kogarashi in the years following the fall of the UHV. This ' Institute ' is a building that allows shinobi from all paths enter and share knowledge of their skills. The Kogarashi Institute has had ninja near and far share their techniques in scrolls kept in the library, allowing those without access to village scrolls to expand their horizons. Those rogues and non village ninja may learn them...at a price of course. At least for those not committed to Kogarashi.
While several members of Kogarashi's original fold have either perished or gone their separate ways, the staff who run the facility still recognize it's crew as their founders and leadership.

The blonde man strolled through the streets of Gimangakure so casually. The cooks and rogues of the area would nod to him, almost acknowledging him as a superior. He moved firmly, his snowflake Yakuta that he wore candidly in the streets draped over his shoulders in a fitting and appropriate sizing.
He moved down the main street, directly towards the building ahead. Kogarashi Institute. A smug grin was paired with confident, cold eyes. He never seemed to lose focus. He was returning to the pinnacle of his work. Belamos. Rin. Nezumi. Kozo. The five of them had constructed something truly great. It pained Takumi that the establishment of their organization would be the reason that Nezumi and Kozo had lost their lives. When the building was constructed for the Kogarashi Institute it had come from their hard work. After the battle with UHV, the two bandit like ninja had emptied Horace's coffers at the cost of their lives. Kogarashi. The cold wintry change. It was founded on their blood.
The man at the door, a background character in the scheme of things. A former Otogakure ninja stood before Takumi, guarding the way. " S-sir!" he stammered upon the man before him. " Thank the gods you've returned. "
Takumi paused, troubled by the tone of voice. The desperation. " What exactly has occured in my absence?" He asked.
"Its...not good sir. A group of shinobi took over not long after you and Lord Belamos took leave. They're using the organization to develop...some sort of curse mark. They've been testing a young ninja from the sand village!" the lookout exclaimed.
Takumi's expression remained the same, unchanging. A sigh would escape his lips. " What a shame. This place was destined to become a revolutionary building. Someone has stolen my greatest work for their own." He said no more as he moved past the door guard, pushing open the glass doors of the Institute. The halls of the building were still untouched by wear and tear. It seemed....sterile. A learning facility. The greatest facility outside the safety of a village's walls. This was the greatest front. With such a studious organization, skilled ninja, those with potential would eventually seek it out. This would create a prime list of candidates for Kogarashi.
Takumi stopped, the echoes of his footsteps ceasing. It seems that lost in thought he had almost passed the medical testing room. From inside he could hear men talking. Takumi would casually open the door to the room. It was after all his own castle. His domain. Upon sight of the blonde ice user, the men gathered would realize their plight almost instantly. " He's back! Kill him bef-" His words were cut short as Takumi who had formed a hand sign, creating a basket ball sized swirling torrent of water that had been instantly formed into several spikes of ice after Takumi had thrust his palm towards the man. The three spikes created would strike him center mass, the throat and then the forehead. Luckily, Takumi had calculated the impact and had frozen the blood around the entry wound, keeping it from splattering all over his laboratory.
The remaining two men in the room fell backwards, cowering in fear. "Now..." Takumi said, slowly walking over the corpse of the man he had just impaled while lifting his right hand's index finger and middle finger to his chin, summoning the remaining water. " ...which of you is going to tell me where your boss is....and where is this shinobi you're toying with?"
The two men glanced back at each other and wasted no time, both stammering over one another, in order to save their own hides. Takumi would nod, discovering the location of their leader was infact with this...experimental shinobi. As Kogarashi's director would open the door of the medical lab, the water that had been suspended for his ice release would suddenly jet forward, forcing it's way down the throats of the two men...freezing upon entry and killing them both.

The ceiling caved in as it was hit with a powerful bolt of lightning. As various shards fell beside Takumi, a bird flew through the new entrance. The majestic, nearly six feet eagle swooped down as it shrieked furiously. He finally found it. After years of separation, Horus finally found where Taylor was kept. The eagle's keen vision immediately detected Takumi. It fired a lightning ball at him while it circled around the area in search of his human. It was a weak attack, designed only to paralyze the person who was in his way.

Raiton charged chakra blasted through the ceiling tile a mere ten feet from takumi,busting through tile and piping as it moved to the floor. He had been moving towards the armory storage as it was most likely the only place to hold a captive that they couldn't escape. He turned about, facing the bird that somehow squeezed into the cramped hallway. " Hm?" he said as he turned to face the hole.
For now, Takumi would face the creature with a rather aggravated expression. " Tsk Tsk. That wasn't very nice." he said just as the lightning bird would blast a projectile lightning attack once more. In response, Takumi brought his hand up to his mouth, expelling wind in a violent burst that would push through the lightning, force the bird down the hallway, beneath the busted water pipes and into the room with the low lives he had just ended. " Stand down, I am not your foe.." He said calmly, standing in place. His voice, infused with chakra would calm the avian creature. While it would not remove totally the hostility the creature felt, it would give a clarity to allow reason. " These people have stolen this place away from me. Help me find the boy stowed in here and defeat the intruders."

A tornado formed around the bird as he flapped his magestic wings. So this one was stronger. The bird was about to launch a second attack before the genjutsu affected him. Horus felt immediately calmer as the genjutsu seeped into his mind. He landed and stared at the man as he continued to speak. Apparently he wanted to save Taylor as well. With their goals aligned, Horus felt no reason to treat this man as a threat. He nodded and decided to trust the blond male.
Meanwhile, Taylorβs body writhed at the curse mark implanted upon him. There were screams of agony from his unconscious mouth as the monster experimenting on him continued to pour natural chakra into the seal. It was finally time. Taylor would once again serve the Hirohiko family as a tool controlled by his seal. The process of a implantating the seal was tedious, but itβs effect would be critical. Only a Kaguya could utilize this particular seal to its full potential. It was time now for Taylor to once again be the slave. All Taylor could do was internally fight this possession.

The aviary adversary would almost instantly stand down. The bird seemed to have an affinity towards the boy that was rumored to be captive here. As the two would continue to travel, sounds of screaming echoed down the hallway. 'Male voice...agony. Probably the boy.' Takumi thought as he steadily increased his walking pace.
Reaching the room he suspected to be holding Taylor captive, Takumi would pry the door open with no effort. Before him was a tall rather slender man with jet black hair gelled back and square glasses. His white labcoat would indicate that he had been utilizing the medical facility he had just liberated. "Step back from the boy and you might not lose your head...today." He would watch intently and with focused gaze as the small blonde boy stirred. Were they too late?

The maniac looked up in alarm as Takumi and Horus entered the room. His hands rested over the seal as he continued his process. βYouβre too late! Soon Taylor will return to the moon kingdom as-β Before he could finish his sentence, Horus was in flight. The bird sunk his talons into the man and pulled him away from the seal. Evil looking energy sparks flew from the point of separation as the bird crashed threw a window while dragging the man. Horus soared high into the air. Then, when he over a hundred feet high, he dropped the body so that it fell to the ground.
As the sparks flew off, Taylorβs body convulsed. His condition went critical from the the forced separation. A fever took command of him, and his unconscious mind started to fade. His body was in a dangerous position, and he needed some sort of medical attention. Before the evil chakra killed him.

The blonde ice user watched calously as the golden bird darted forward and tore into the scientist. After dropping the man's corpse he would take a greater liking to the bird. " Very well." he said, approaching Taylor's body as it began to convulse. He would place his hand on the young man's forehead, gauging the temperature. He would not speak as Horace most likely watched on. Placing his hands together in a double horse hand sign, he would manifest a swirling vortex of water above Taylor and himself. After a few moments, the water would begin to meld with the air, creating a thick frosted mist around him. The ambient temperature would begin to lower the boy's body temperature. In addition, Takumi would place his hand upon the child's head once more and speak softly, imbuing his kind words with chakra. " Relax. Focus on my voice. You need to find serenity. You're wasting too much energy fighting like that. Be at peace."

Taylorβs body temperature lowered as Horus landed beside him. His eyes focused on Takumi who worked on his human. Horus was not above killing anyone who dared harm Taylor. The past five years have been brutal for himself and the boy. In response to the harsh nature of the world he has decided to double down on serving only Taylor. There were only a handful of humans now beside him who Horus would not kill for his partner.
Meanwhile, Taylor worked toward his recovery. The genjutsu placed upon him softened his mind and allowed the curse mark to seep more organically into his network. It was unnatural chakra, and his body rejected it. But now that his mind was at ease, the tension within him was not nearly as existent.
The curse mark did severe damage to his mental frame. Taylorβs mind felt blank the moment that he was severed from the evil ninja. Originally even though he was unconscious his mind was still there actively fighting the forces imposed upon him. Now, however, his mind was empty as it floated into the ether.
Eventually, the curse mark calmed down. The malicious energy which radiated from the tattoo settled down. Taylorβs body loosened and his breathing was almost normal. Finally, after another few moments his eyes opened. He looked blankly at Takumi, and then Horus, and then finally at his own raised hand. βWho...β He began as he sat up from the cold operating table. He stopped speaking in his tracks, however, as he realized that he had no idea what question he wanted to ask. He was afraid, but he didnβt know why. The panic turned into fear, and eventually his body responded. The shirtless boy flipped over the table away from the two as he grabbed a scalpel from the operating table beside him. βStay back!β He shouted as he aimed the blade toward Takumi and the clearly hurt looking thunderbird.

Takumi raised an eyebrow as the child came to, panicking and throwing himself back like a cornered rat. He shook his head. This wasn't what he wanted. Perhaps the youth was merely shocked...still. It was frightful that this was his awakening response. Takumi furrowed his eyebrow " Boy, lower your weapon in my house." He moved forward, unphased by his meager scalpel weapon. He moved directly into the boy's personal space, looming overhead as he seemed to cower from fear. " I came here to save your life, not take it. "He glared with an ice cold expression at Taylor,waiting for the weapon to leave his grasp all the while the ground around his feet was freezing rapidly, creating a steam as it defrosted in the midday heat as it rose.

Taylor did not lower his weapon. He did not know this man, but knew from his icy language and stoic expression that he was a man of power. This man could not be trusted. His grip on the scalpel tightened. Instinctively he knew that he couldn't fight him head on. He needed an escape plan. His eyes darted to the broken window. He needed to get this man away from.
It was with that thought that his chakra reacted before he could. His body erupted in spikes. They would either push Takumi away or the blond male or he would get get impaled by the bones which protruded. Either way, the bones retreated back into Taylor at nearly the same speed which they extended. Did he do that? He couldn't ponder the answer. He had to escape. The boy bolted for the window when a ball of lightning collided with his side. Taylor was hit out of the air as his body skidded along the ground. He was able to move, but he felt the electric surge constrict his muscles. The boy's eyes glared menacingly at Horus. Horus folded his wings as he looked alarmed at Taylor. What was going on?

Just as the Kogarashi veteran expected, the boy lashed out. Everything. Everything was according to plan. He had to see what the young man was capable of, even if he was outside his normal capacity. As his body would be impaled, it would lose detail slowly, face mangled in pain. After a brief instant the figure before him would be the silloutte of the man formed of water, breaking it's mold and splashing on the floor. Takumi had utilized the frosty air to condense and create a water clone on the spot, substituting with the replacement.
While remnants of the ice mist remained, fogging Taylor's vision just after Horace's lightning ball would collide with the boy. Just as the vision had been limited, a booming shock-wave of air would be thrust upon Taylor, driving him back against a wall if unguarded. The blast of concussive air would be more than enough to crush bolder normally, after seeing the boy's bones though? Takumi had his doubts.

Taylor halted as the fog came all around him. His arms rose instinctively to parry a threat. The threat in question, however, ended up being a blast of ninjutsu. His arms protected him from the brunt, but he was still pushed back into the wall behind him. There was a loud crack as the force caused dust to cover around him. As the dust settled, however, Taylor's arms were lowered. His body became covered in bone robes which clung tightly to his frame. It provided him warmth from the frostbite that struck him with the blast. He moved from the wall as his eyes, now calm and collected, gazed at still unknown man, but then at the bird.
He reached onto his shoulder. His hand molded into his armor's shoulder and pulled out from it a sword made of bone. He held it in his left hand as he mentally made himself aware of his two opponents. He felt strategy return to his mind. He knew that he couldn't escape while both of them were on his tail. He also knew from the the way the two attacked that they were both geared toward ninjutsu. Therefore, if he wanted to take command of the battle he would need to strike with tai and bukijutsu. These words formed in his mind as though he had heard them a hundred times. Who was he? Why did he know this? He couldn't find the answer to the questions yet, but he hoped to live long enough to get there.

__ The veiled visage of a gorgeous young woman appeared through the doors of the Kogarashi Institute. "I didn't know such a place existed." She thought as she entered the area and perused the library and halls. The past five years were dreadful. The wandering kunoichi spent the half-decade clawing to survive that she was hardly able to get any stronger than that of a recent Kirigakure ninja academy alum. This was a place she had only heard rumors about and worked desperately to locate. This was a place where she could learn techniques, get missions, and get stronger.
She stepped into the medical facility and encountered quite a sight. Two young blond men were having a confrontation of sorts. They would see the enchantress barely step in through the doorway. She cleared her throat to announce her presence and possibly end the hostilities. "What are you boys fighting about? I'm trying to find out where I can learn some jutsu." So far no one in the facility had helped her yet and she was slightly irritated. Her voice, however, seemed to indicate a false sense of innocence that betrayed the ruthlessness that lied behind the facade. He brushed her long azure locks away from her face as she awaited a response.

Takumi watched with some mild interest as Taylor seemed to have a shift in mentality after being thrown into the wall. His eyes seemed to have clarity they lacked before, appearing clouded and dazed. His new adornment of a bone like robe indicated to Takumi that he was dealing with someone who wanted to close the distance. It would be a bothersome fight if he engaged in such a contest. " Taylor. That is what that man called you before this bird sent him to his doom. You've a powerful kekkei genkai, a natural ability. One that makes you invulnerable. Yet..." He said, examining the boy who stood defensively. " ... you choose to defend yourself rather than attack me outright." Takumi shook his head. " Lay down your arms. This is a needless fight. As I said, I came with the intent of saving a life today, not taking it. That bird came of it's own accord to save you, boy, not harm you." With that he lowered his hands back into the lapel of his top, resting them around his midsection.
It was about this time the enchanting Kagami Hari would make her debut. She seemed rather aggrivated. Takumi would raise an eyebrow. It wasn't very often that a kunoichi, let alone one with such an...ominous presence entered the Institute. Her voice was seemingly soft, but Takumi felt something more sinister in her undertone. Her desire to learn meant she was indeed in the right place. " I see." He said, turning from Taylor, leaving Horace to the unwittingly obvious reunion. " The institute has undergone some perils in my absence. It seems the Library was somewhat damaged during the commotion. I would be more than happy to mentor you personally..." his voice trailed off momentarily, glancing at Taylor. "...and the boy. " It was an unparalleled oppertunity to recruit these two. Takumi sensed hidden potential in them both of varying calibers.
