We're both such magnificient liars.[
So... The other day, the latest Harry Potter came out on video, and being both the HP obsessive and the knife wielding maniac that I am I 'gently encouraged' by mother to buy it for me because for the past week or so I've had I'm-sick-and-can't-do-a-thing-itis, anyways, here's just a few things I've learned from watching this film once a day since Tuesday:
1. Harry and I have quite a bit in common. We're both people with outstanding moral fibre, (thank you Dumbledore), we both lust after Oliver Wood, (you could see the the hurt in poor Harrys eyes when he noticed that dear Oliver wasn't there to see him compete in the tournament. Was he upset that Cedric died and Voldys back, never! All that bothered him was his absentee lover...), and we both take baths with eggs. O.o
2. David Tennant makes an excellant Barty Crouch Jnr., Krum makes me grrrrawr, (it's like a growl and a rawr, woof! woof!), Seamus is brilliant, (why 'coz he's Irish of course!), and Neville, dear, dear Neville is fantastic! ^.^
3. Draco Malfoy makes a great ferret. XP
4. damn these filmy people! Leaving out key sections of the books! Oh yes, key sections... I now, take this moment to judge them with a vindictive glare. >80
5. the Irish won the quidditch world cup!... Go us! =D
6. I think that's all for now. <3 ... ]So crush me baby, I'm all ears...

I quite agree. Neville is one of the best characters. I'm actually going to watch HP4 tonight when my housemate gets home from work. ^_^

I totally know what you mean about the choppiness of the movie, but isn't it sort of expected that the movie is going to leave a lot out of the book?

Orange Blossom *gasp* Nobody liked that movie?! Well, I didn't like the book either. I felt like there was way too much in it. I think the series has gone south after the third one. The third movie, however, was horrendous.

Aye, the only good parts in the third movie:
"Spiders! Wanting me to tapdance...I don't wanna tapdance." "You tell those spiders Ron." "I will..."
and
"Is that really what my hair looks like from the back?"

<[I don't like the movies. I'm absolutely bats*** crazy about the books, but I hate the movies with a vivid and burning passion.
That said, I've been dying to see GoF for ages, if only to pick up the Harry/Cedric undertones my friends have been talking about.]>
